INGREDIENTS
- 3cupsmayonnaise(homemade is best)
- 1/4cupfresh lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 2tablespoonsonions, grated
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 2tablespoonsprepared horseradish
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the ingredients adding salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
- Chill.
- Mix into your favorite chilled pasta salad.

INGREDIENTS
- 4ouncessour cream
- 4ouncescream cheese
- 1/8teaspoongarlic powder
- 10ouncesfrozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 8ouncesfresh mushrooms, sliced
- 12refrigerated crescent dinner rolls(one large & one small package)
- 1tablespoonbutter, melted
- breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, then spinach and mushrooms.
- Separate dough into 6 rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet. Seal seams by pinching dough.
- Place 1/2 cup mixture on each square.
- Pull 4 corners of dough to the top and twist to seal. Seal edges by pinching.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 4baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1cupbutteror margarine
- 1 1/2cupssugar, divided
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Pre- heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt set aside.
- Mirowave chocolate and butter in large bowlon High for 2 minutesor until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completly melted.
- Add 1 cup of the sugar; mix well.
- Blend in egg and vanilla.
- Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
- Rerigerate 15 minutes or until dough is easy to handle.
- Shape into 1 inch balls; rolling in remaing 1/2 cup sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
- If flatter crisper cookie is desired flatten with bottom of glass.
- Bake:.
- 8-10 minutes or until set.
- Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.
- Remove to wire racks: cool completly.
- Chocolate Carmel Sugar Cookies: Omit 1/2 cup of the sugar.
- Prepare dough into balls as directed.
- Roll in 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans instead of sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Make indentation in each ball.
- Bake as directed.
- Microwave 1 bag 14 ouces of Kraft carmels and 2 tablespoons of milk in microwaveable bowl on High for 3 minutes or until carmels are melted, stirringafter 2 minutes.
- Spoon evenly into centers of cookies.
- Drizzle melted Baker’s Semi-Sweet Baking chocolate.
- Cool compeltely.

INGREDIENTS
- 6ounces uncookedspaghetti
- 1egg
- 1tablespoonprepared mustard
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1/2cup choppedonions
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cupbacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (15 ounce)canItalian-style tomato sauce
- 4ounces finely shreddedcheddar cheese
- 9dill pickle slices
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- For crust, grease a 10 inch pie pan.Cook vermicelli or spaghetti and drain.In a large bowl, blend together egg and mustard.Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.Spoon pasta mixture into pie plate and push up sides of pan to form a crust.
- Fry ground beef in a skillet, add onion and salt.Cook on medium heat until beef is cooked through. Drain off fat and return to skillet.
- Stir in bacon and tomato sauce.Spoon beef mixture into pasta-lined pan, pushing to edge and almost covering spaghetti sides.Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Top with pickle slices, and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4cups pamela’s baking &pancake mix
- 1cupsugar
- 6tablespoonscocoa powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/3cupoil
- 1egg
- 1teaspoongluten-free vanilla extract
- 1/2cupwater
- 1/2cupnuts (optional)
- 1/2cupchocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps.
- Pour into a greased 8″ square pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Be careful not to overbake.
