West Coast Louis Dressing Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupsmayonnaise(homemade is best)
  2. 1/4cupfresh lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  3. 2tablespoonsonions, grated
  4. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  5. 2tablespoonsprepared horseradish
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the ingredients adding salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
  2. Chill.
  3. Mix into your favorite chilled pasta salad.

Spinach Crescent Squares Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4ouncessour cream
  2. 4ouncescream cheese
  3. 1/8teaspoongarlic powder
  4. 10ouncesfrozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  5. 8ouncesfresh mushrooms, sliced
  6. 12refrigerated crescent dinner rolls(one large & one small package)
  7. 1tablespoonbutter, melted
  8. breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, then spinach and mushrooms.
  4. Separate dough into 6 rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet. Seal seams by pinching dough.
  5. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each square.
  6. Pull 4 corners of dough to the top and twist to seal. Seal edges by pinching.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. Cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Chocolate Sugar Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsflour
  2. 1teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  4. 4baker’s unsweetened chocolate squares
  5. 1cupbutteror margarine
  6. 1 1/2cupssugar, divided
  7. 1egg
  8. 1teaspoonvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre- heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt set aside.
  3. Mirowave chocolate and butter in large bowlon High for 2 minutesor until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completly melted.
  5. Add 1 cup of the sugar; mix well.
  6. Blend in egg and vanilla.
  7. Stir in flour mixture until well blended.
  8. Rerigerate 15 minutes or until dough is easy to handle.
  9. Shape into 1 inch balls; rolling in remaing 1/2 cup sugar.
  10. Place 2 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheets.
  11. If flatter crisper cookie is desired flatten with bottom of glass.
  12. Bake:.
  13. 8-10 minutes or until set.
  14. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.
  15. Remove to wire racks: cool completly.
  16. Chocolate Carmel Sugar Cookies: Omit 1/2 cup of the sugar.
  17. Prepare dough into balls as directed.
  18. Roll in 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans instead of sugar.
  19. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
  20. Make indentation in each ball.
  21. Bake as directed.
  22. Microwave 1 bag 14 ouces of Kraft carmels and 2 tablespoons of milk in microwaveable bowl on High for 3 minutes or until carmels are melted, stirringafter 2 minutes.
  23. Spoon evenly into centers of cookies.
  24. Drizzle melted Baker’s Semi-Sweet Baking chocolate.
  25. Cool compeltely.

Cheeseburger Spaghetti Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6ounces uncookedspaghetti
  2. 1egg
  3. 1tablespoonprepared mustard
  4. 1lblean ground beef
  5. 1/2cup choppedonions
  6. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2cupbacon, cooked and crumbled
  8. 1 (15 ounce)canItalian-style tomato sauce
  9. 4ounces finely shreddedcheddar cheese
  10. 9dill pickle slices

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. For crust, grease a 10 inch pie pan.Cook vermicelli or spaghetti and drain.In a large bowl, blend together egg and mustard.Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.Spoon pasta mixture into pie plate and push up sides of pan to form a crust.
  3. Fry ground beef in a skillet, add onion and salt.Cook on medium heat until beef is cooked through. Drain off fat and return to skillet.
  4. Stir in bacon and tomato sauce.Spoon beef mixture into pasta-lined pan, pushing to edge and almost covering spaghetti sides.Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Top with pickle slices, and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Pamela’s Gluten-Free Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/4cups pamela’s baking &pancake mix
  2. 1cupsugar
  3. 6tablespoonscocoa powder
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/3cupoil
  6. 1egg
  7. 1teaspoongluten-free vanilla extract
  8. 1/2cupwater
  9. 1/2cupnuts (optional)
  10. 1/2cupchocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps.
  3. Pour into a greased 8″ square pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Be careful not to overbake.
