INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupscooked turkey(diced or shredded)
- 2cupsturkey broth(canned works fine)
- 2 (15 ounce)cansmixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (15 ounce)canpotatoes, drained(or use fresh)
- 1 (15 ounce)cancarrots, drained(or use fresh)
- salt(to taste)
- pepper(to taste)
- 3tablespoonsrubbed sage(add more as desired)
- 10-12refrigerated buttermilk biscuits(any style biscuit, enough to cover 9×13 pan)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook all ingredients except biscuits in large sauce pan until heated thoroughly.Taste for seasoning, add more if desired (sage should be a prominent seasoning in this dish).
- Spoon hot mixture into glass baking dish (9×13).
- Top with biscuits (enough to cover entire dish).
- Bake according to directions on biscuit packaging.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2lbssirloin steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1/4cup choppedfresh parsley
- 1/4cup mincedonions
- 2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
- 1teaspoonground pepper
- 1/2teaspoondry mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Lightly score edges of steak at 1 inch intervals. Preheat grill or broiler.
- Combine butter, parsley, onion, W sauce, pepper and mustard in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring continually, over low heat, until butter melts. Reserve 1/4 of the mixture.
- Place steak on grill or broiler pan. Brush steak with butter mixture. Cook, basting frequently with butter mixture, about 6 minutes per side for medium.
- Place steak on a serving platter. Cut thin slices across the grain. Drizzle reserved butter mixture over steak.

INGREDIENTS
- 1green onion, finely chopped, white part included
- 2tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine
- 1/2cupbutteror margarine
- 1/2cupchicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce)bottleclam juice
- 1lbbay scallops
- 1lb uncookedsmall shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/8teaspoongarlic salt
- 1 (8 ounce)packageimitation crabmeat, chunk style
- 1/4teaspoonpepper, divided
- 1/2cupall-purpose flour
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cupwhipping cream
- 1/2cup shreddedparmesan cheese, divided
- 9lasagna noodles, cooked and divided
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, saute onion in oil and 2 tablespoons butter for about a minute.
- Stir in broth and clam juice and bring to a boil.
- Add the uncooked scallops, uncooked shrimp, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 4-5 minutes until the seafood is cooked, stirring every now and then.
- Drain the mixture, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Mix the drained shrimp and scallops with the imitation crab and set aside.
- In the same skillet as before, melt the remaining butter.
- Stir in flour until smooth.
- Combine milk and reserved cooking liquid and then gradually add to the butter/flour mixture.
- Add salt and remaining pepper.
- Bring to a boil and then cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove the heat and stir in the whipping cream and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
- Stir 3/4 cup of the white sauce into the reserved seafood mixture.
- Spread 1/2 cup white sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-in baking dish.
- Top with three noodles.
- Spread with half the seafood mixture.
- Top with 1 1/4 cups of the sauce.
- Repeat with another noodle, seafood, and sauce layer.
- Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsunbleached flour
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 6tablespoonsbutter, soft
- 1/3cupshortening(Crisco)
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1egg
- 1tablespoonmilk
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.Set aside.
- Beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer for 30 seconds.Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla.Beat well.
- Add dry ingredients; beat well.Divide dough in half — cover and chill about 3 hours.Working with half the dough at a time –on a lightly prepared surfae ( flour mixed with powdered sugar) rollto 1/8” thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes.Place on an UNGREASED cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for7 to 8 minutes –or until done.(when edges start to brown).Cool slightly and remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes 36 to 48 cookies.
- Frostwhen cool and decorate if desired. *** I like to make these in small stars and hearts totuck in a cookie tray.Also like the edible glitter on them.
- Frosting.
- Sifted powdered sugar — 2 cups –gradually add a couple Tablespoons of milk and mix well –adding more milk to get the desired consistency –should be spreadable not runny. If too thin. add morepowdered sugar. If
- desired –divide frosting and tint with a toothpick dipped in food coloring to get the desired delicate shade you desire.Immediately top with sprinkles, edible glitter etc.Allow several hours for the frosting to harden. I leave them over-night. Enjoy!
