INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4cupsmulti-grain hot cereal
- 1 1/2cupsboiling water
- 1cupcold water
- 5tablespoonshoney
- 4tablespoonsbutter
- 1 (1/4 ounce)packageyeast
- 3cupsflour
- 1 1/2cupswhole wheat flour
- 1/3cupflax seeds
- 1/3cupsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2cup choppedpecans
- 1tablespoonsalt
- 2tablespoonsvegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine 7-grain hot cereal mix, 1 1/2 Celsius boiling water, 5 T. honey-4 T. butter, salt.
- Stir. Cover (I use a dinner plate).
- Let stand 1 hour.
- Remove cover.
- Add 1 Celsius cool water.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Add yeast.
- Stir to dissolve yeast.
- Continue stirring to combine ingredients well; or use large mixer to mix well.
- Mix just until combined.
- Mix flours together in separate bowl.
- Attach dough hook to mixer.
- Start on low speed.
- Add flours to cereal mixture, one cup at a time.
- Add flax, sunflower seeds, and nuts.
- Continue mixing till dough cleans the sides of the mixing bowl.
- (You may have to add a bit more flour).
- Remove from mixer and place on floured bread board.
- Knead 5 minutes.
- Clean mixer bowl.
- Add 2 T. vegetable oil to clean bowl, tipping so that oil covers the bottom and part-way up the sides of the bowl.
- Place dough in bowl, then flip it over so that oiled side is on top.
- Turn on your oven light (this provides the warmth to proof your dough.
- Place bowl in the oven.
- Close the door.
- Let rise till double (about 1 hour).
- Remove from oven (leave the light on and re-close the door).
- Place on floured bread board.
- Separate in two pieces.
- Knead each piece 5 minutes.
- Form each into a cylinder, to fit the loaf pan.
- Oil 2 loaf pans.
- Place dough in loaf pans.
- Return to oven.
- Close door.
- Leave the light on.
- Let rise 1 hour or till dough mounds above the top of the pans.
- Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.

- 1 (200 g)cancannellini beans
- 1spring onion, chopped
- 2tablespoonscashew nuts paste
- 1/2teaspooncitric acid
DIRECTIONS
- Place beans,chopped spring onions, cashew nut paste and citric acid in food processor and process until smooth.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)canreduced fat reduced sodium condensed tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)canwater, the soup can
- 1/4-1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2teaspoondried basil
- 1 (3 ounce)packageramen noodles, broken in half, any flavor would likely work
- 1/4-1/2cup shreddedparmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, place tomato soup, water, garlic powder and basil.Bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodlesand flavor packet (I don’t add all of the powder).
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until noodles are done to your likeness.
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncesfettuccine
- 1/4cupwhite wine
- 1cuponions, chopped
- 5garlic cloves, minced
- 1largered bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1cupcarrots, grated
- 1 1/2cupsbroccoli florets
- 1tablespoonfresh chives, minced
- 1/2cupplain nonfat yogurt
- 2tablespoonsparmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3cupricotta cheese
- 1/2cupnonfat sour cream
- 1/3cupstone ground mustard
- 1teaspoonhoney
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
- Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add wine, onion and garlic.
- Cook and stir until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and chives. Cook just until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Combine yogurt, cheeses, sour cream, mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss with veggies and pasta. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
- 3medium very ripebananas
- 1cupsugar
- 3teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1dashsalt
- 2eggs
- 1/4cupvegetable oil
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 1/2cupbuttermilk
DIRECTIONS
- Puree bananas for 15-20 seconds in a food processor.
- Add sugar, soda and salt.
- Process for 20 seconds.
- Add eggs and oil;blend.
- Add flour, process for 20 seconds.
- Add buttermilk and process until smooth.
- Spray a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Pour in batter.
- Bake in the middle of the oven a 275 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done, (long baking time at low temp is correct).
