Egg Filling for Sushi Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2tablespoonsflour
  3. 2tablespoonssugar
  4. 1teaspoonsalt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl beat all ingredients together.
  2. Heat a non stick or lightly oiled pan on a medium heat. I normally use a small frying pan to give me a 1/4 inch thick omelette.
  3. Cook until golden on both sides.
  4. Allow to cool and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Pineapple En Salsa Chocolate De Ron Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1fresh pineapple, skinned and cored
  2. 4ouncesdark chocolate
  3. 1/4pinthalf-and-half
  4. 1tablespoondark rum

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the pineapple and cut into chunks.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate and cream gently until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Stir in the rum.
  4. Serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.

Yummy Crunchies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupsflour
  2. 2cupsoats
  3. 1/2cupbutter
  4. 1cupbrown sugar
  5. 6mlbicarbonate of soda
  6. 25mlwarm water
  7. 1 1/2tablespoonspeanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the flour, coconut and oats into a bowl.
  2. Next melt the butter, and sugar.
  3. Stir in the flour mixture.
  4. Dissolve bicarb in warm water, and stir into mixture.
  5. Put mixture into a greased baking tray.
  6. Bake at 180C for 15min or until golden brown.
  7. Cut into squares or any shape you require while still hot.

Raspberry-Nut Strudel Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupbutter, softened
  2. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  3. 3cupsall-purpose flour
  4. powdered sugar
  5. 1cupraisins
  6. 1 (12 ounce)jarred raspberry preserves
  7. 1cup finely choppedwalnuts
  8. 1cup firmly packedbrown sugar
  9. 1cupflaked coconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy;stir in flour. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill at least 8 hours.
  2. Sift powdered sugar lightly over work surface. Work with 1 portion on dough at a time. (Keep remaining portions in refrigerator). Roll dough into a 12-x8-inch rectangle.
  3. Combine raisins, preserves, walnuts, brown sugar and coconut; spread one-fourth of mixture over dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion, starting at short side.
  4. Pinch seam and ends together. Place roll, seam side down, on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat process with remaining dough and filling.
  5. Bake at 325F for 55 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.

Chili-Barbecued Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupshickory chipsor mesquite wood chips
  2. 1/4cupwater
  3. 3tablespoonsketchup
  4. 2tablespoonsbutter, melted
  5. 2tablespoonscider vinegar
  6. 2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
  7. 1tablespoonlemon juice
  8. 1teaspoonsalt
  9. 1teaspoondry mustard
  10. 1teaspoonpaprika
  11. 2teaspoonschili powder
  12. 1/4teaspoondry crushed red pepper
  13. 3-4lbschicken pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak wood chips in water to cover 30 minutes.
  2. Stir together 1/4 cup water and next 10 ingredients; set aside.
  3. Drain wood chips. Place in center of a large square of aluminum foil, and fold edges to seal. Punch several holes in top of packet.
  4. Prepare fire by piling charcoal or lava rocks on sides of grill, leaving center empty. Place foil packet on 1 side of coals; place drip pan on coals. Coat food rack with vegetable cooking spray;place rack on grill.
  5. Arrange chicken, skin side up, over drip pan; grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high coals 10 minutes on each side. Brush chicken with sauce; gril 20 to 25 more minutes or until done, basting and turning often.
