INGREDIENTS
- 4tablespoons choppedonions
- 2tablespoonsmargarine
- 2cupsfrozen corn
- 1cupfrozen broccoli
- 1/2cup shreddedcarrots
- 1/2cupwater
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2 (12 ounce)cans campbellscream of potato soup
- 1cupmilk
- 1cup shreddedcheddar cheese
- 2ouncesmonterey jack cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onions in margarine until tender.
- Add next 6 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soup and milk cook on low until heated through.
- Add cheeses 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

Sauce
- 3/4cuponions, chopped
- 5garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce)cansdiced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce)cantomato sauce
- 2 (6 ounce)canstomato paste
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cantomato soup
- 1cupketchup
- 2dropsTabasco sauce
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 1teaspoonwhite sugar
- 1bay leaf
- 3/4teaspoondried basil
- 1/2teaspoonpepper

Meatballs
- 1lbground beef
- 1/2cupbreadcrumbs
- 1tablespoondried parsley
- 1tablespoonparmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
- 1egg, beaten
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot over med heat.Saute onion & garlic in olive oil about 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining sauce ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 60 minutes.
- In large bowl combine meatball ingredients.
- Mix well and form into balls.
- Add meatballs to sauce, cook an additional 20 minutes until meat is done.
- Serve over spaghetti noodles.

INGREDIENTS
- 12chicken wings
- 1/2cuphoney
- 1/3cupDijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Remove the wing tips and break each wing into 2 pieces.
- Place wings in shallow baking dish.
- Mix honey and mustard and spread over wings.
- Bake for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupspuffed wheat cereal
- 4 (1 g)packetsSplenda sugar substitute
- 2cupsice cubes
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2teaspoonsbee pollen
DIRECTIONS
- Pour ice into blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 8boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ground black pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce)canscream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 ounce)canchicken broth
- 1cupbutter(not margarine)
- 1 (12 ounce)package mediumwide egg noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Clean chicken breasts and add pepper to taste (no salt needed!); place in baking dish.
- Cut one stick of butter into 8 pieces and place in saucepan on low heat. Once butter is nearly melted, pour in chicken broth and raise the heat to medium.
- Add both cans cream of chicken soup and stir till thoroughly combined.
- Pour the heated mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Cut remaining stick of butter into 8 pieces and place on chicken pieces.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, depending on size of breasts.
- During the last 15 minutes of baking, cook the noodles according to directions.
- Place noodles on large platter.
- Place chicken breasts on top.
- Stir sauce to incorporate the chicken juices and butter, and pour over platter -OR- Pour sauce into gravy boat and serve on the side.
