Susan’s Winter Potato Soup Plus Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4tablespoons choppedonions
  2. 2tablespoonsmargarine
  3. 2cupsfrozen corn
  4. 1cupfrozen broccoli
  5. 1/2cup shreddedcarrots
  6. 1/2cupwater
  7. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  8. 2 (12 ounce)cans campbellscream of potato soup
  9. 1cupmilk
  10. 1cup shreddedcheddar cheese
  11. 2ouncesmonterey jack cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute onions in margarine until tender.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add soup and milk cook on low until heated through.
  4. Add cheeses 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

Trish’s Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Sauce

  2. 3/4cuponions, chopped
  3. 5garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1/4cupolive oil
  5. 2 (14 1/2 ounce)cansdiced tomatoes
  6. 1 (15 ounce)cantomato sauce
  7. 2 (6 ounce)canstomato paste
  8. 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cantomato soup
  9. 1cupketchup
  10. 2dropsTabasco sauce
  11. 2teaspoonssalt
  12. 1teaspoonwhite sugar
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 3/4teaspoondried basil
  15. 1/2teaspoonpepper
  16. Meatballs

  17. 1lbground beef
  18. 1/2cupbreadcrumbs
  19. 1tablespoondried parsley
  20. 1tablespoonparmesan cheese, grated
  21. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  22. 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
  23. 1egg, beaten

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pot over med heat.Saute onion & garlic in olive oil about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer 60 minutes.
  4. In large bowl combine meatball ingredients.
  5. Mix well and form into balls.
  6. Add meatballs to sauce, cook an additional 20 minutes until meat is done.
  7. Serve over spaghetti noodles.

Honey Mustard Chicken Wings Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12chicken wings
  2. 1/2cuphoney
  3. 1/3cupDijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Remove the wing tips and break each wing into 2 pieces.
  3. Place wings in shallow baking dish.
  4. Mix honey and mustard and spread over wings.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.

Batido Di Trigo Recipe

  1. 2 1/2cupspuffed wheat cereal
  2. 4 (1 g)packetsSplenda sugar substitute
  3. 2cupsice cubes
  4. 1 1/2cupsmilk
  5. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  6. 2teaspoonsbee pollen

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour ice into blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour and enjoy.

Chicken Breasts "to Die For" Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. ground black pepper
  3. 2 (10 1/2 ounce)canscream of chicken soup
  4. 1 (12 ounce)canchicken broth
  5. 1cupbutter(not margarine)
  6. 1 (12 ounce)package mediumwide egg noodles

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Clean chicken breasts and add pepper to taste (no salt needed!); place in baking dish.
  3. Cut one stick of butter into 8 pieces and place in saucepan on low heat. Once butter is nearly melted, pour in chicken broth and raise the heat to medium.
  4. Add both cans cream of chicken soup and stir till thoroughly combined.
  5. Pour the heated mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Cut remaining stick of butter into 8 pieces and place on chicken pieces.
  7. Cover tightly with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, depending on size of breasts.
  8. During the last 15 minutes of baking, cook the noodles according to directions.
  9. Place noodles on large platter.
  10. Place chicken breasts on top.
  11. Stir sauce to incorporate the chicken juices and butter, and pour over platter -OR- Pour sauce into gravy boat and serve on the side.
