Boogaboo Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12ouncespasta(soup or salad pasta)
  2. 6ouncestuna, drained(you can used canned chicken as well)
  3. 3stalkscelery, cut finely
  4. 1largeonion, diced
  5. 1cupAmerican cheese, cubed
  6. 14 1/2ouncespeas, drained
  7. 2mediumtomatoes, diced
  8. 1/8cuplemon juice
  9. 2teaspoonslemon pepper
  10. 1/4cupsugar
  11. 1cupmilk
  12. 2 1/2cupsMiracle Whip
  13. 1teaspoonsalt
  14. 1tablespoonparsley flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Cook peas and drain.
  3. Mix peas & pasta then chill.
  4. While chilling, mix tuna, celery, onion, cheese and tomatoes.
  5. Add to the chilled pasta and peas.
  6. 1 hour before serving mix the sauce.
  7. The sauce is the last 7 ingredients.
  8. Mix them together until creamy.
  9. Add to the pasta mixture and chill.

Gma’s Wacky Chocolate Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupsflour
  2. 2cupssugar
  3. 4tablespoonscocoa
  4. 1teaspoonsalt
  5. 2teaspoonsbaking soda
  6. 2tablespoonsvinegar
  7. 2teaspoonsvanilla
  8. 3/4cupvegetable oil
  9. 2cupscold water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Make three holes in the mixture evenly spaced.Put vinegar in one, vanilla in one and oil in the last one.Pour the water over all and mix thoroughly with spoon.
  4. Spread evenly in 9×13 pan and bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Hill’s Holiday Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbshash browns(either fresh or frozen)
  2. 1/2cupbutter
  3. 21 1/2cupscream of chicken soup
  4. 1pintsour cream
  5. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  6. 1mediumonion, chopped
  7. 2cupscheddar cheese, grated
  8. 4tablespoonsbutter
  9. corn flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together except 4 tbsp butter and corn flakes.
  2. Place in 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Dab the butter on top and sprinkle the corn flakes over that.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Arugula-Chive Salmon Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2salmon fillets
  2. 2teaspoonsolive oil
  3. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/4teaspoonfresh ground pepper
  5. 2cupsbaby arugula
  6. 1/4cuplow-fat mayonnaise
  7. 2tablespoons choppedchives
  8. 2tablespoonsorange juice
  9. 12cherry tomatoes, halved halved or grape tomatoes, halved
  10. 4whole wheat tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Brush salmon with oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Broil, skin-side down, until flaky, about 6 minutes.
  4. Set aside and keep warm.
  5. Meanwhile, make the dressing.
  6. Combine 1 1/2 cups of the arugula, mayonnaise, chives, orange juice and pepper to taste in a food processor or blender; pulse until combined to desired texture.
  7. Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Divide dressing among wraps.
  9. Distribute tomatoes and remaining arugula among wraps.
  10. Place salmon on top; roll tightly.

Hill’s Frosted Mayo Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupsugar
  2. 2cupsflour
  3. 4tablespoonscocoa
  4. 1teaspoonbaking soda
  5. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  6. 1teaspoonvanilla
  7. 2/3cupmayonnaise
  8. 1cupwater, cold
  9. Fudge Frosting

  10. 1cuppowdered sugar
  11. 1 1/4cupsbutter
  12. 4tablespoonscocoa
  13. 1/4cupmilk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sift together the first 5 dry ingredients. Add the vanilla, mayo and water to dry mixture - mix well.
  2. Pour into a 9×13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.
  3. In a saucepan bring the butter, cocoa and milk to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes - stirring constantly. Pour over the powdered sugar and stir well. Let cool and then frost cool cake.
