INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncespasta(soup or salad pasta)
- 6ouncestuna, drained(you can used canned chicken as well)
- 3stalkscelery, cut finely
- 1largeonion, diced
- 1cupAmerican cheese, cubed
- 14 1/2ouncespeas, drained
- 2mediumtomatoes, diced
- 1/8cuplemon juice
- 2teaspoonslemon pepper
- 1/4cupsugar
- 1cupmilk
- 2 1/2cupsMiracle Whip
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1tablespoonparsley flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta and drain.
- Cook peas and drain.
- Mix peas & pasta then chill.
- While chilling, mix tuna, celery, onion, cheese and tomatoes.
- Add to the chilled pasta and peas.
- 1 hour before serving mix the sauce.
- The sauce is the last 7 ingredients.
- Mix them together until creamy.
- Add to the pasta mixture and chill.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cupsflour
- 2cupssugar
- 4tablespoonscocoa
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 2tablespoonsvinegar
- 2teaspoonsvanilla
- 3/4cupvegetable oil
- 2cupscold water
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 350.
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Make three holes in the mixture evenly spaced.Put vinegar in one, vanilla in one and oil in the last one.Pour the water over all and mix thoroughly with spoon.
- Spread evenly in 9×13 pan and bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbshash browns(either fresh or frozen)
- 1/2cupbutter
- 21 1/2cupscream of chicken soup
- 1pintsour cream
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 2cupscheddar cheese, grated
- 4tablespoonsbutter
- corn flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together except 4 tbsp butter and corn flakes.
- Place in 9×13 inch pan.
- Dab the butter on top and sprinkle the corn flakes over that.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 2salmon fillets
- 2teaspoonsolive oil
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonfresh ground pepper
- 2cupsbaby arugula
- 1/4cuplow-fat mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons choppedchives
- 2tablespoonsorange juice
- 12cherry tomatoes, halved halved or grape tomatoes, halved
- 4whole wheat tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Heat broiler.
- Brush salmon with oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Broil, skin-side down, until flaky, about 6 minutes.
- Set aside and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, make the dressing.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups of the arugula, mayonnaise, chives, orange juice and pepper to taste in a food processor or blender; pulse until combined to desired texture.
- Chop the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Divide dressing among wraps.
- Distribute tomatoes and remaining arugula among wraps.
- Place salmon on top; roll tightly.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsugar
- 2cupsflour
- 4tablespoonscocoa
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2/3cupmayonnaise
- 1cupwater, cold

Fudge Frosting
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- 1 1/4cupsbutter
- 4tablespoonscocoa
- 1/4cupmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Sift together the first 5 dry ingredients. Add the vanilla, mayo and water to dry mixture - mix well.
- Pour into a 9×13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.
- In a saucepan bring the butter, cocoa and milk to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes - stirring constantly. Pour over the powdered sugar and stir well. Let cool and then frost cool cake.
