INGREDIENTS
- 3 (10 count)cansrefrigerated biscuits
- 1/4cupbutter, melted and slightly cooled
DIRECTIONS
- You will need a Bundt pan.
- Separate biscuits.Dip each biscuit into melted butter and place in Bundt pan, overlapping each layer.Pour any extra butter over the biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown on the top.
- Remove from oven and carefully turn out on serving plate.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbbacon, uncooked, chopped
- 1lblean hamburger
- 1cupcelery, diced
- 1cuponions, diced
- 28ounces cannedtomatoes with juice
- 2 (15 ounce)cansdark red kidney beans
- 2cupsegg noodles, uncooked
- 1 (10 ounce)canmushrooms
- 2-3garlic cloves, chopped

Seasonings
- 1teaspoonblack pepper
- 1teaspoonseasoning salt
- 1-2teaspooncayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Brown bacon, garlic and hamburger in dutch oven or large skillet, drain fat if needed.
- Add celery, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, and noodles.
- Add seasonings, stir.
- Bake 45 minutes in Dutch oven (moderate heat), or 1 hour in 350f conventional oven.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 3bananas, mashed
- 3/4cupwhite sugar
- 1egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3cupbutter, melted
- 1/3cup packedbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
- 1/8teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1tablespoonbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2tablespoonsbutter
- 2ouncesbittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2ouncesunsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1tablespooninstant coffee granules
- 1tablespoonhot water
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupunsweetened cocoa
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/8teaspoonsalt
- 2 1/2cupssugar
- 1/2cupegg substitute
- 2largeeggs
- 1/4cupminiature semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place butter, bittersweet chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate into a micro-safe bowl.Micro at High 1 minute or until chocolate is almost melted.
- Stir until smooth.
- Combine coffee granules and 1 tablespoon hot water, stirring until coffee dissolves.
- Stir coffee and vanilla into chocolate mixture.
- Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt stirring well.
- Combine sugar, egg substitute and eggs in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed 6 minutes or until thick and pale.
- Gently stir 1/4 of egg mixture into chocolate mixture; stir chocolate mixture into remaining eggmixture.
- Stir in the flour mixture and chocolate chips.
- Cover baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on prepared pans.With a moist hand, gently press dough into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Cool 1 minute then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)packagespinach and ricotta tortellini
- 2cupsbroccoli
- 1/3cupbell peppers
- 1/3cupzucchini
- 1smallcarrot, chopped
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce)packagealfredo sauce mix
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1cupchicken broth
- 1tablespoonparmesan cheese
- 1tablespoonlight butteror margarine(I like Smart Balance)
DIRECTIONS
- Put a large pot of water on to boil, then add tortellini and veggies. Stir to keep from sticking and boil about 10 minutes (according to package directions).
- In a small saucepan combine broth, milk, and butter over med-high heat until butter melts, then add alfredo sauce mix.
- Whisk to dissolve powder, then cook over medium for five minutes.
- Add parmesan and whisk again for twenty seconds.
- Drain tortellini and veggies then place back in pan. Pour on the sauce and voila!
