INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef(I have substituted ground deer as well and it comes out fine.)
- 1 (25 1/2 ounce)can of your preferredred pasta sauce
- 35-40 frozencheese ravioli
- oregano
- basil
- salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Season raw meat with oregano, basil and salt to taste.
- Brown in microwave (3 minutes on HIGH, chop and stir, another 3 minutes on HIGH).
- Drain meat.
- Pour sauce over browned meat.
- Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Bring water to a brisk boil in large pot.
- Slowly add ravioli to boiling water. Add salt if desired.
- Cook as desired, stirring occasionally to prevent ravioli from sticking to each other and pot.(About 2 minutes for al dente and 6 minutes for well done.).
- Drain ravioli and add to meatsauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsblueberries(fresh or frozen)
- 1/2cuplight brown sugar
- 1/2 freshlemon, juice of
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 2tablespoonscornstarchor arrowroot
- 2tablespoonscold water
- 1 bakedpie crust
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat until they begin to boil. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch or arrowroot well with the water, and pour mixture into the simmering blueberries while stirring. Cook, stirring, until mixture becomes clear and thick. Continue to cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.
- Spoon mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 1/4litercouscous
- 1/4literchicken broth
- 1/3cucumber
- 1tomato
- 1/4red onion
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1tablespoonmargarine
DIRECTIONS
- slice tomato and cucumber into small dices.
- finely cut onion.
- let the oninon stir in olive oil for a while.
- add water/broth and bring to boil.
- Add couscous and let all the water be absorbed.
- Add margarine and stir.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 1/2cupbrown sugar, packed
- 1/4cuppeanut butter
- 1egg
- 1tablespoonmilk
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 3/4cuppowdered sugar, sifted before measuring
- 1/2cuppeanut butter
- 2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl beat together butter, the 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the 1/4 cup peanut butter with an electric mixer until combined.
- Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well.
- Beat in as much of the dry ingredients as you can with mixer.
- Stir in remaining dry ingredients by hand with a wooden spoon.
- Form chocolate dough into 32 balls about 1-1/4 inches in diameter.
- Set aside.
- On a work surface, slightly flatten a chocolate dough ball and top with a peanut butter ball.
- Shape the chocolate dough over the peanut butter filling, completely covering the filling.
- Roll dough into a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining chocolate dough and peanut butter filling balls.
- Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Lightly flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in the 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
- Bake cookies in preheated oven for 8 minutes or until they are just set and surface is slightly cracked.
- Let cookies stand for 1 minute.
- Transfer cookies to wire racks; cool.

- 500gpasta
- 1pinchsalt
- 1 (500 g)canplum tomatoes
- 1/2mediumonion, chopped
- 2carrots, sliced into disks
- 1/2cupbroccoli, chopped
- 1/2cupcauliflower, chopped
- 2garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3tablespoonscottage cheese
- 1 1/2cupscheddar cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta in salted water.
- Put pasta in baking dish (with a lid) and mix in rest of ingredients.
- Bake in 375F oven for 30 minutes.
