INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupwhipped cream cheese(about 3 ounces)
- 3tablespoonsconfectioners’ sugar
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla
- 1/2cup well-chilledheavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl whisk together cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and a pinch salt until smooth.
- In another bowl beat heavy cream until it holds soft peaks and whisk into cream-cheese mixture.
- Divide mixture between 2 goblets and chill, covered, 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsour cream
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2cupmargarine
- 1cupsugar
- 2eggs(beaten)
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1 1/4cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder

- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1tablespooncinnamon
- 3tablespoons choppedwalnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine sour cream and baking soda first.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients.
- mix 3 topping ingredients together in separate bowl.
- Pour 1/2 batter into greased cake pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter.
- Pour rest of the cake batter and top again with the rest of the topping.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick commes out clean.

INGREDIENTS
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1egg
- 1/2cupsugar
- 3/4cuplow-fat buttermilk
- 1/4cupmargarine, melted
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 2 1/3cups siftedcake flour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1cuplow-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4cup firmly packedbrown sugar
- 1 1/4cups thinly slicedstrawberries
- 1 1/4cups sliced ripebananas
- 2teaspoonslemon juice
- 1tablespoonpowdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a 9″ round cake pan with cooking spray and line bottoms with wax paper and spray wax paper with cooking spray; set aside.
- Beat egg at medium speed with a mixer until foamy.
- Gradually add sugar, beating well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, melted margarine, and vanilla.
- With mixer running at low speed, add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 28 minutes.
- Let cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan.
- Let cool completely on wire rack.
- Combine yogurt and brown sugar; stir well.
- Using a serrated knife, split cake in half horizontally.
- Place bottom layer, cut side up, on serving plate.
- Spread with half of yogurt mixture, top with strawberries.
- Combine bananas and lemon juice and toss gently. Drain bananas and discard juice.
- Arrange bananas over strawberries; drizzle with remaining yogurt mixture.
- Top with remaining layer.
- Sift powdered sugar over cake.
- Serve with whipped cream also, if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 4mediumpotatoes, sliced thin
- 1cup gratedcheddar cheese
- 1/2cupchicken broth
- 1cupheavy cream
- 2-3garlic cloves, chopped
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Simmer the garlic with the broth and cream in a sauce pan for about 5 minutes.
- Grease a casserole pan and put half the potatoes in - sprinkle with salt and pepper and 3/4 of cheese.
- Do another layer and pour mixture all over and bake at 350°. Sprinkle on remaining cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Now enjoy :-).

- 1/2cup firmly packedbrown sugar
- 2largeeggs
- 2largeegg whites
- 1 (15 ounce)canpumpkin puree(such as Libby’s brand)
- 1cup finely shreddedcarrots

Cream Cheese Topping
- 4ouncescream cheese
- 1/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1tablespoonmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
- Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl.
- Beat granulated sugar, butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until crumbly.
- Add eggs, egg whites, pumpkin and carrot; beat until well blended.
- Add flour mixture; mix well.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Cream Cheese Topping:.
- Prepare cream cheese topping in separate bowl as follows –.
- Combine 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon milk in small mixer bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of cream cheese topping over batter; swirl mixture with spoon.
- BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
