INGREDIENTS
-
Crust
- 1cupflour
- 5tablespoonspowdered sugar
- 1/2cupmargarineor butter
-
Filling
- 3eggs, beaten
- 2cupssugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2cupflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 4cupsrhubarb, cut in small pieces(thinner stems are always more tender)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix 1 C flour and powdered sugar together.
- Cut the margarine or butter into the flour mixture.
- Press into a 9×9-inch pan or 9″ or 10″ round baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, 1/2 C flour and baking powder.
- Mix in the rhubarb.
- Pour into the cooked crust and bake 45 min or till the meringue crust has formed & is lightly browned.

INGREDIENTS
- 4cucumbers
- 100gliverwurstor liver pate
- 1hard-boiled egg
- 1green onion, chopped
- 2-3sprigsfresh dill
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- red caviar, garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and dry the cucumbers. Slice each cucumber into equal halves. Remove seeds and reserve. Cut off ends of cucumbers.
- In a small bowl, mash hard-boiled egg and liverwurst with a fork.
- Add cucumber seeds, green onion, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Fill the hollowed out cucumbers with the mixture and garnish with the optional red caviar.

INGREDIENTS
- 1banana, just ripe
- 1tablespoonhoney
- 1egg yolk
- 1teaspoonwheat germ oil
- 1tablespoon finely powderedoats
- 1teaspoonlemon juice (optional)
- essential oils(1 drop rose and 1 drop Melissa)(optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and mash banana.
- Add honey, egg yolk, wheat germ oil, oats, and lemon juice, if used, and mash further to form a smooth, creamy paste.
- If mask is too thick, add a bit of distilled water, and stir until smooth.
- Add essential oils last, and stir to mix well.
- To use, apply to clean face and neck, avoiding eye and mouth areas.
- Rest for 10 minutes, or longer if your skin is very dry.
- Rinse with warm water, and follow with toner and moisturizer, if desired.
- Use mask within a few hours of making.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupbutteror margarine
- 1/4cupall-purpose flour
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)canchicken broth, undiluted
- 3/4cupwater
- 1 (8 ounce)cartonsour cream
- 4canned jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 12corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- 1cup choppedcooked chicken
- 2 1/2cups shreddedmonterey jack cheese, divided
- 1 1/4cups choppedonions
- 1largetomato, finely chopped
- 1/4cuptomato juice
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the butter/margarine in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.Gradually add chicken broth and water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.Stir in sour cream and 2 chopped jalapeno peppers.Pour half of the sour cream sauce into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.Set aside dish and remaining sour cream sauce.
- Fry tortillas, one at a time, in 2 tablespoons oil in a medium skillet 5 seconds on each side or just until tortillas are softened; add additional oil, if necessary.Drain on paper towels.
- Place 1 tablespoon each of chicken, cheese, and onion on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, and place, seam side down, in reserved baking dish.Pour remaining sour cream sauce over top.Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.Serve with enchilada relish, below:.
- Combine 1 large tomato (finely chopped), 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers, 1/4 cup tomato juice, and 1/2 tsp salt.Stir well and chill.Serve over the Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream.

INGREDIENTS
- 6-8fresh raspberries
- 1tablespoonplain yogurt, with live & active cultures
- 1tablespoon organichoney
DIRECTIONS
- Mash the raspberries with the back of a fork or puree them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the yogurt and honey to the puree to form a thick mixture.
- Apply to the clean face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes, and leave on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse off, using bottled or spring water and cotton pads.
- Follow with toner and moisturizer, if desired.
