Crock Pot Special Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3lbspot roast
  2. 1 (11 ounce)cancheddar cheese soup
  3. 1 (11 ounce)cancondensed golden mushroom soup
  4. 1 (11 ounce)canFrench onion soup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix soups together.
  2. Place roast in crock pot and pour soup mixture over.
  3. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
  4. Serve over egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.

Cottage Cheese Noodle Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1largeonion
  2. 1quartfat-free cottage cheese
  3. 1cupfat free sour cream
  4. 1teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
  6. 14lasagna noodles(cooked)
  7. 3eggs
  8. 3/4cupskim milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute onion in a little butter.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients except the noodles, eggs, and milk.
  3. Layer the noodles and sauce evenly in a 9″ 13″ casserole dish.
  4. Pour the eggs mixed with the milk over top and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees.

Tofu  "egg" Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbfirm tofu
  2. 2tablespoonsfat-free mayonnaise
  3. 2tablespoonspickle relish
  4. 4tablespoonspoultry seasoning
  5. 3dashesdill
  6. 1/2teaspoonturmeric
  7. 2teaspoonsmustard (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash the tofu with a fork and add all ingredients together. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate.
  2. It is best if left overnight for the flavors to combine.
  3. Is great served on toasted bread with pickles and lettuce! Enjoy!

Cheesy Potato Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbspotatoes, cooked(5 medium)
  2. 1teaspoonitalian seasoning
  3. 1/2cuppeas
  4. 1/3lbhamor cooked chicken(4 deli slices optional, I have also used a can of crab meat or salmon)
  5. 2eggs(1 egg separated yolk and white)
  6. 1cupcottage cheeseor ricotta cheese
  7. 1cup shreddedcheddar cheeseor muenster cheeseor gouda cheese
  8. 1/4cupmilk
  9. salt and pepper
  10. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
  11. 1/4teaspoonchili pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease or spray a casserole dish.
  3. Slice potato and layer in the greased dish, sprinkle with italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the peas evenly over the potato.
  5. If you want meat layer the ham or chick over the peas ( salmon, tuna, or crab meat can also be used).
  6. In a medium bowl add one egg and one yolk (RESERVING EGG WHITE in a separt bowl)the cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and pepper flakes and mix well.
  7. Whip the reserved egg white into stiff peaks and fold into cheese mixture.
  8. Pour and evenly spread the cheese mixture. over the ham layer.
  9. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  10. Bake in over for 40-45 minutes.

Heavenly Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupflour
  2. 1/2cupmargarine
  3. 1/2cuppecans
  4. 8ouncesfat free cream cheese
  5. 1cuppowdered sugar
  6. 1cupCool Whip Lite
  7. 2 1/2cupsskim milk
  8. 3ounces jellofat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
  9. Cool Whip
  10. nuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix and bake first 3 ingredients in a pie dish for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread into crust.
  3. Prepare the pudding mixes with the milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
  4. Cover with more cool whip, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
