INGREDIENTS
- 3lbspot roast
- 1 (11 ounce)cancheddar cheese soup
- 1 (11 ounce)cancondensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (11 ounce)canFrench onion soup
DIRECTIONS
- Mix soups together.
- Place roast in crock pot and pour soup mixture over.
- Cook on low 8-9 hours.
- Serve over egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1largeonion
- 1quartfat-free cottage cheese
- 1cupfat free sour cream
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
- 14lasagna noodles(cooked)
- 3eggs
- 3/4cupskim milk
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onion in a little butter.
- Add all of the other ingredients except the noodles, eggs, and milk.
- Layer the noodles and sauce evenly in a 9″ 13″ casserole dish.
- Pour the eggs mixed with the milk over top and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbfirm tofu
- 2tablespoonsfat-free mayonnaise
- 2tablespoonspickle relish
- 4tablespoonspoultry seasoning
- 3dashesdill
- 1/2teaspoonturmeric
- 2teaspoonsmustard (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Mash the tofu with a fork and add all ingredients together. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate.
- It is best if left overnight for the flavors to combine.
- Is great served on toasted bread with pickles and lettuce! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbspotatoes, cooked(5 medium)
- 1teaspoonitalian seasoning
- 1/2cuppeas
- 1/3lbhamor cooked chicken(4 deli slices optional, I have also used a can of crab meat or salmon)
- 2eggs(1 egg separated yolk and white)
- 1cupcottage cheeseor ricotta cheese
- 1cup shreddedcheddar cheeseor muenster cheeseor gouda cheese
- 1/4cupmilk
- salt and pepper
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/4teaspoonchili pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease or spray a casserole dish.
- Slice potato and layer in the greased dish, sprinkle with italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Spread the peas evenly over the potato.
- If you want meat layer the ham or chick over the peas ( salmon, tuna, or crab meat can also be used).
- In a medium bowl add one egg and one yolk (RESERVING EGG WHITE in a separt bowl)the cottage cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and pepper flakes and mix well.
- Whip the reserved egg white into stiff peaks and fold into cheese mixture.
- Pour and evenly spread the cheese mixture. over the ham layer.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake in over for 40-45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1/2cupmargarine
- 1/2cuppecans
- 8ouncesfat free cream cheese
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- 1cupCool Whip Lite
- 2 1/2cupsskim milk
- 3ounces jellofat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
- Cool Whip
- nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Mix and bake first 3 ingredients in a pie dish for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread into crust.
- Prepare the pudding mixes with the milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
- Cover with more cool whip, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
