INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupkosher salt
- 1/4cupgranulated garlic
- 1/4cupgranulated onion
- 1/4cupground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add everything to a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Use on anything.
- If you add something else to spice it up, make sure to keep the ratio the same.You don’t what to over power the taste of the food and just taste like seasoning salt.

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3cupwater
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 2tablespoonsspicy mustard
- 2 1/4cupsbread flour
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2teaspoonsactive dry yeast
- 3tablespoonsolive oil
- 1tablespoonkosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Measure carefully placing all ingredients except 3 Tbs. olive oil and 1 Tbs. kosher salt in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select Dough/Manual cycle.
- Remove dough from pan, using lightly floured hands. Knead 5 minutes on lightly floured surface (if necessary, knead enough flour to make dough easy to handle). Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
- Grease a large cookie sheet. Pat or roll dough into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place about 10 minutes or until almost double.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prick dough with fork 1-inch intervals. Brush with 3 Tbs. olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm, or cool on wire rack.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoons packedlight brown sugar
- 1tablespooncornstarch
- 6ouncescrushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4cupsoy sauce
- 1/4teaspoongarlic salt
- 4smallboneless chicken breasts
- 1/4teaspoonground ginger
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, garlic salt and ginger.
- Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
- Place chicken in a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
- Pour half of the sauce over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 15 minutes.
- Baste, bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear, basting several times with the remaining sauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbsground beef
- 1/2cuponions, chopped
- 1garlic clove, crushed
- 2teaspoonschili powder
- 1teaspoonpaprika
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1/2teaspooncayenne
- 1pint cannedtomatoes with juice
DIRECTIONS
- Brown ground beef in a large pot.
- Add onions and cook until the onions turn translucent.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer on low for several hours.
- You can prepare this in a slow cooker and let it all day.
- Stir occasionally.
- The texture of the chili should be fairly smooth and even to put on hot dogs.

INGREDIENTS
- 48ouncespork and beans
- 2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
- 2teaspoonschili powder
- 1/4cupdark molasses
- 1/2cupbottled chili sauce
- 2tablespoonswhite vinegar
- 1cupbrown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in bean pot or crock pot with lid, mix well.
- Cover and bake at 400ºF for 1 hour for thin bean mixture, or 1-1/2 to 2 hours for thicker bean mixture.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon bits to serve.
