DIRECTIONS

INGREDIENTS
- 4largebaking potatoes, baked
- 1/2cupsour cream
- 1/2cupbutteror margarine, softened
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 1/2cup shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1/4cup crumbledbacon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop potato out of the skins and into a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat until fluffy.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 1onion
- 1 1/2cupscarrots
- 2cupspotatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce)cancorn
- 1 (6 ounce)cantomato paste
- 4cupswater
- 2-3tablespoonsbeef bouillon
- 1teaspoongarlic (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Boil potatoes, corn, carrots and tomato paste in water.
- Add beef bouillon and garlic.
- Brown beef and onions, drain off fat.
- Add beef and onions to soup. Boil until vegetables are fully cooked.

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonbutter
- 1mediumyellow onion, chopped
- 3mediumrusset potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes(about 1 lb)
- 2cupschicken broth
- 1cupcorn(fresh, frozen or well-drained canned)
- 1cupmilk
- 1/2teaspoonsalt (optional)
- 1/4teaspoonground black pepper
- choppedchives
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until golden and tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, partially covered, until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in corn, milk, salt and pepper; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
- Ladle chowder into bowls.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives.

- 6ouncesfrozen limeade concentrate
- 16ouncesstrawberries
- 1 1/2cupsrum
- Sprite
DIRECTIONS
- Puree strawberries.
- Mix with the juices and rum.
- Freeze.
- Serve half and half with sprite.
