Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4largebaking potatoes, baked
  2. 1/2cupsour cream
  3. 1/2cupbutteror margarine, softened
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1/2cup shreddedcheddar cheese
  7. 1/4cup crumbledbacon (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop potato out of the skins and into a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat until fluffy.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ground Beef Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbground beef
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 1/2cupscarrots
  4. 2cupspotatoes
  5. 1 (14 1/2 ounce)cancorn
  6. 1 (6 ounce)cantomato paste
  7. 4cupswater
  8. 2-3tablespoonsbeef bouillon
  9. 1teaspoongarlic (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil potatoes, corn, carrots and tomato paste in water.
  2. Add beef bouillon and garlic.
  3. Brown beef and onions, drain off fat.
  4. Add beef and onions to soup. Boil until vegetables are fully cooked.

Country Corn Chowder Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespoonbutter
  2. 1mediumyellow onion, chopped
  3. 3mediumrusset potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes(about 1 lb)
  4. 2cupschicken broth
  5. 1cupcorn(fresh, frozen or well-drained canned)
  6. 1cupmilk
  7. 1/2teaspoonsalt (optional)
  8. 1/4teaspoonground black pepper
  9. choppedchives

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until golden and tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, partially covered, until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir in corn, milk, salt and pepper; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  5. Ladle chowder into bowls.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped chives.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

  1. 12ouncesfrozen lemonade concentrate
  2. 6ouncesfrozen limeade concentrate
  3. 16ouncesstrawberries
  4. 1 1/2cupsrum
  5. Sprite

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree strawberries.
  2. Mix with the juices and rum.
  3. Freeze.
  4. Serve half and half with sprite.
