INGREDIENTS
-
per drink
- 1 1/2fluid ouncesgreen apple vodka
- 1/2fluid ouncetriple sec
- 1teaspoongrenadine
- 3fluid ouncescranberry juice
-
per pitcher
- 12fluid ouncesgreen apple vodka
- 4fluid ouncestriple sec
- 2tablespoonsgrenadine, plus
- 2teaspoonsgrenadine
- 24fluid ouncescranberry juice
DIRECTIONS
- Drink makes one and the pitcher makes 8 (unless the drinks are large, then maybe 5-6).
- Mix and serve over ice.

INGREDIENTS
- 1sheetfrozen puff pastry(1/2 of a 17oz package)
- 1/3cupgranulated sugar
- 1tablespooncinnamon
- 1/4cupbutter(no sub)
- 1/2cupraisins
- 1/2cup choppedwalnuts
- 1egg yolk, beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw dough according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll pastry out to an 8×12 inch rectangle.
- In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a small saucepan melt butter; add raisins and walnuts, stirring until well coated.
- Spread raisin mixture evenly over pastry.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over raisin mixture.
- Beginning at one long edge, roll up pastry.
- Brush egg yolk on long edge to seal.
- Bake on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 1 inch thick slices.

INGREDIENTS
- 250gdried apricots
- 400gcondensed milk(or less)
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 1/2cupcoconut
- 1-2tablespoonsherry wine
- 1 gratedorange, rind of
- extracoconut
DIRECTIONS
- mince apricots and place in bowl.
- add other ingredients and mix well.
- form into balls and roll into coconut (if needing a thicker consistency to form balls just add extra coconut).
- store in fridge.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cupscranberries
- 1orange, peeled and seeded
- 2teaspoonsorange zest(from above orange)
- 1 (10 ounce)packagefrozen sliced strawberries, slightly thawed
- 1/4teaspoonground cloves
- 1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
- 4cupssugar
- 1/2cupwater
- 1 (3 ounce)packetliquid fruit pectin
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cranberries and sections of seeded orange in a food processor.
- Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Add strawberries, zest, cloves and cinnamon.
- Continue processing until finely chopped, but not pureed.
- Stir together fruit mixture, sugar and water in a very large saucepan or dutch oven until well blended.
- Cook for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a full, rolling boil.
- Stir in liquid pectin.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a rolling boil again and boil for one minute.
- Remove from heat and skim off foam.
- Immediately pour into 6 hot, sterilized half-pint jars.
- Carefully wipe clean rims of jars with a damp cloth.
- Place lids on jars and screw on bands just until snug.
- Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Remove from water bath and cool away from drafts until jars seal.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 ounce)packagewhite chocolate chips
- 1/2teaspoonorange extract
- 7ouncesmarshmallow cream
- 1/3cupevaporated milk
- 1/3cupfrozen cranberry juice concentrate(or mix)
- 2 1/2cupssugar
- 1/4cupbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Butter or spray a 9×9 pan.
- in a 3-4 quart bowl put the white chips,orange extract,and marshmallow cream and set aside.
- in a medium size sauce pan put the milk,sugar and cranberry concentrate and stir,bring this to a boil and cook to 235 degrees on candy thermometer (about 9 mins.).
- when mixture reaches 235, take off the heat and add butter,stir and mix it well then pour over the white chips,extract,and marshmallow cream.
- stir this well till all the chips are melted.
- put into prepared pan.
- let it cool and then refrigerate till nice and firm.
- cut in squares.
