INGREDIENTS
- 1/2lbsweet butter
- 8fresh sage leaves or1 teaspoonground sage
- 1/2cuppumpkin pie filling
- 1lbcheese tortellini
- 1/2cupparmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1/4teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
- 1teaspoonlight brown sugar
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Place butter and sage leaves (or ground sage) in a saute pan over medium high heat and cook until butter just turns golden brown.
- Add the pumpkin pie filling, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and remove from heat.
- Wisk gently until combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook tortellini in boiling salted water according to package directions, drain, and toss into saute pan with warm sauce.
- Place pasta and sauce over medium heat and toss until well coated.
- Remove from heat, toss with Parmesan cheese and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 2 1/2ouncesyeast
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1cupwarm water
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 1/2cupoil
- 7 1/2cupsflour
- 2tablespoonsdark molasses
- 2cupsflour
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together milk, sugar, salt, oil, molasses & 2 cups flour, let soak overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Remove milk & flour mixture from refrigerator, stir in dissolved yeast, mix in 7 1/2 cups flour, knead.
- Let rise until about one hour.
- Punch down & let rise one more hour.
- Roll out dough and cut with circle cookie cutter.
- Place on greased sheet.
- Let rise one hour.
- Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter, melted
- 1 (16 ounce)packagecake mix
- 1 (16 ounce)canfruit filling
- 1cupnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Choose a cake mix and fruit filling which are complimentary to each other.
- In an oblong pan pour the fruit filling inches.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top and dot with nuts.
- Cover the layers with the melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsall-purpose flour(I use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
- 1cuprolled oats(quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1/4cupgranulated sugar, plus
- 2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
- 1tablespoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 8tablespoonsunsalted butteror margarine, chilled and cut into pieces
- 3/4cupmilk
- 1egg, lightly beaten
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2cup toasted choppedpecans
- 2teaspoonsground cinnamon

Glaze
- 3/4cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 3-4teaspoonsorange juiceor milk
- 1-2teaspoonorange zest, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In food processor, combine flour, oats, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
- Cut butter into 5-6 pieces, add to food processor, and pulse until butter is size of small peas–do not over pulse.
- Transfer dry mixture to larger bowl.
- In small bowl, combine milk, egg and vanilla; blend well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir with fork or rubber spatula until dry ingredients are moistened.
- In another small bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons granulated sugar with the pecans and cinnamon; mix well.
- Sprinkle evenly over dough in bowl; gently stir batter to swirl in cinnamon mixture (Do not blend completely.).
- Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack; cool 5 minutes.***.
- Glaze:.
- In small bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, grated orange zest and enough orange juice or milk for desired consistency; mix until smooth.
- Drizzle over top of warm scones.
- Serve warm.
- ***When I make these, I have 9 scones and it takes 18 minutes to bake them in my oven.

- 1cinnamon stick
- 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
- 2cups fresh squeezedorange juice
- 1cup fresh squeezedlemon juice
- 1tablespoonfresh lemon rind
- 2tablespoons freshorange rind
- 1teaspoonwhole cloves
- 1 (16 ounce)canfrozen orange juice concentrate
- 1tablespoonsugar

- Combine all ingredients and simmer for 3 hours on low in Crockpot.
- Do not boil — .
