INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 3/4teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 3/4cupsugar
- 2/3cupshortening
- 2eggs
- 4teaspoonsrose water
DIRECTIONS
- Sift the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
- Add the shortening, eggs, and rose water and mix well.
- Roll the dough out very thinly on a flat surface and cut with a floured cookie cutter.
- Place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 400F oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 fluid ounce)canfrozen pink lemonade concentrate
- 12fluid ouncesgin
- 1/2cupvanilla ice creamor whipped cream
- 1/2cupfrozen strawberries
- 1cup crushedice
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine pink lemonade, gin, ice cream, strawberries and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cuppeanut oil
- 2ouncesunsweetened chocolate
- 1cupSplenda granular
- 1/2cupegg substitute
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/2cupunbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/2cupwalnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil and chocolate over low heat until chocolate is melted.Remove from heat.
- Stir in Splenda.
- Add egg replacer and vanilla and stir until well blended.
- Stir together dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture.Stir in nuts (chopped).
- Pour into a greased 8″x8″ pan.
- Bake at 325 for 25-35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cupmargarine
- 40marshmallows
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
- 6cupsRice Krispies
- 1cupmilk chocolate melts(divided)
- 1/3cupwhite chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Make rice krispies squares as directed on cereal box and press into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan.
- Melt 2/3 cup milk chocolate melting chocolate in microwave safe bowl and spread over top of rice krispies square with the back of a tablespoon; cool in refrigerator until hard.
- Loosen around the outside of the rice krispies square and flip it over in the baking dish.
- First melt the rest of the milk chocolate and then just start drizzling it all over the rice krispies square with a teaspoon.
- Next melt the white melting chocolate and do the same.
- Cool in the refrigerator and then cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS
- 250gsalmon(fresh cutlet or steak)
- 1/2teaspoonolive oil
- 1/4teaspoonblack pepper
- 5saffron strands
- 1teaspoonwater
- 200mlwater
- 2tablespoonssour cream
- 1/2teaspoonlime juice
- 1teaspoonfresh chives, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Evenly spread saffron threads at the bottom of a small glass and top with 1 teaspoon of water.
- Place into a microwave oven towards the edge of the carousel with 200ml of water in a large glass at the opposite edge.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- WARNING - the water may be superheated - allow to rest 5 minutes before touching either glass.
- Remove the small glass and transfer the saffron / remaining liquid to a small mixing bowl (or for a single serve just leave in the glass).
- Mix through sour cream, lime juice and chopped chives mixing well and place in refrigerator while salmon cooks.
- Rub olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with pepper.
- Cooking using your preferred techique, I grilled them on a BBQ plate over medium heat for about 7 minutes a side.
- Spread (it is quite thick) mixture over the salmon and serve with your favourite salads and side-dishes.
