Baked Mac & Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsmacaroni
  2. 3eggs
  3. 2cupsmilk
  4. 3cupscheddar cheese, shredded or Velveeta cheese
  5. salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook cups of macaroni; drain, cool and set aside.
  2. Mix together: 3 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt & pepper and 2 cups grated cheese (save 1 cup of cheese for top).
  3. Add macaroni to above mixture.
  4. Put in casserole dish and dot with butter.
  5. Add remaining grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.

Weight Watcher’s Frozen Snicker’s Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2gallon weight watcher’svanilla ice milk(slightly softened)
  2. 1 (8 ounce)Cool Whip Lite
  3. 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packagesugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  4. 1/2cupchunky peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together until blended.
  2. Transfer into a 13 x 9-inch pan then freeze.
  3. Cut into 16 equal pieces.

Light Chicken Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4cuplight mayonnaise(I prefer Hellman’s light)
  2. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  3. 3cupscooked chicken breasts, cubed
  4. 1 1/2cupsseedless grapes, halved
  5. 1cupcelery, finely chopped
  6. 1/2cupalmonds, slivered

DIRECTIONS

  1. Comine mayo and salt.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill before serving.

Snow Cream Paula Deen Style Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8cups shavediceor freshsnow
  2. 1 (14 ounce)sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1teaspoonvanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl add shaved ice or fresh snow.
  2. Pour condensed milk and add vanilla to mixture.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately before ice or snow melts.

Philly Chinatown Oriental Ginger Cucumbers Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3-4 unwaxedcucumbers, sliced
  2. 1tablespoonsalt
  3. marinade

  4. 3-4slicesfresh ginger, slivered
  5. 1/2cupwhite vinegar
  6. 1/4cupsugar
  7. 1/2cupwater
  8. 1tablespoondark sesame oil
  9. toasted sesame seeds, garnish
  10. 1/2teaspoonhot chili flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. If the cukes are waxed?You gotta peel them.
  2. Go for unwaxed.
  3. Combine the salt and cucumbers and allow to sit for 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly under cold.
  4. water and pat dry. Place in a bowl.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat together the ginger, vinegar, sugar, water and oil. Bring to a boil, then pour over cucumbers.
  6. Marinate at least overnight.
  7. To serve, garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
  8. Variation Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of hot chili flakes to the marinade.Note?That is HOT chili flakes.You have been warned.
