INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsmacaroni
- 3eggs
- 2cupsmilk
- 3cupscheddar cheese, shredded or Velveeta cheese
- salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook cups of macaroni; drain, cool and set aside.
- Mix together: 3 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt & pepper and 2 cups grated cheese (save 1 cup of cheese for top).
- Add macaroni to above mixture.
- Put in casserole dish and dot with butter.
- Add remaining grated cheese on top.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2gallon weight watcher’svanilla ice milk(slightly softened)
- 1 (8 ounce)Cool Whip Lite
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packagesugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2cupchunky peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together until blended.
- Transfer into a 13 x 9-inch pan then freeze.
- Cut into 16 equal pieces.

- 3/4cuplight mayonnaise(I prefer Hellman’s light)
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 3cupscooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 1/2cupsseedless grapes, halved
- 1cupcelery, finely chopped
- 1/2cupalmonds, slivered
DIRECTIONS
- Comine mayo and salt.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill before serving.

- 8cups shavediceor freshsnow
- 1 (14 ounce)sweetened condensed milk
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl add shaved ice or fresh snow.
- Pour condensed milk and add vanilla to mixture.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately before ice or snow melts.

INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 unwaxedcucumbers, sliced
- 1tablespoonsalt

- 3-4slicesfresh ginger, slivered
- 1/2cupwhite vinegar
- 1/4cupsugar
- 1/2cupwater
- 1tablespoondark sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds, garnish
- 1/2teaspoonhot chili flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- If the cukes are waxed?You gotta peel them.
- Go for unwaxed.
- Combine the salt and cucumbers and allow to sit for 1 hour. Rinse thoroughly under cold.
- water and pat dry. Place in a bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat together the ginger, vinegar, sugar, water and oil. Bring to a boil, then pour over cucumbers.
- Marinate at least overnight.
- To serve, garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
- Variation Add 1/2-1 teaspoon of hot chili flakes to the marinade.Note?That is HOT chili flakes.You have been warned.
