INGREDIENTS
- 2cupscooked chicken, finely chopped
- 1/2cuppecans, chopped
- 1/2cupred onions, finely chopped
- 1/2cupcelery, finely chopped
- 1/2cupmayonnaise
- 4-5dropsTabasco sauce
- salt, to taste(I use sea salt in a grinder)
- pepper, to taste(sometimes I use lemon pepper)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, with fork, until well blended.
- Serve well chilled.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsmoked salmon, chunked
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 1/2cuponions, chopped
- 1/4cupcelery, sliced
- 1-2cuppotatoes, cooked and diced
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 1 1/4cupschicken stock
- 1/4cupsour cream
- 1teaspoonfresh dill, minced
- 1/8teaspoonpepper
- 1tablespoonparsley, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- Stir in flour, add stock and potatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling point.
- Add sour cream, dill, pepper and salmon.
- Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add parsley before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cucumber(sliced)
- 4ouncessalsa
- 4ounces pre-shreddedfat-free cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and slice cucumber.
- Put 1 teaspoon salsa on each slice of cucumber.
- Top with shreded cheese.
- Put slices on paper towel and microwave for approximately 15 secs or untill cheese begins to melt slightly.
- Very delicious, quick, and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1cupcoconut
- 1cuprolled oats
- 1cupbutter
- 5lbsapples
- 1/2cupsugar(aside)
DIRECTIONS
- Add sugar to taste to apples as you may want to use less or more apples due to personal taste of sweetness.
- Mix the above together making crumbs.
- Crumble over sliced apples in a 9×13 pan.
- Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
- Please watch that the top does not become too brown or it will be too hard to spoon out or eat!

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbextra lean ground beef
- 4ouncesturkey pepperoni
- 1/2onion
- 1/2green pepper
- 8ouncescooked whole wheat noodles
- 6ouncesVelveeta reduced fat cheese product
- 16ouncespizza sauce
- 4ouncescheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cook Pasta & drain.
- CookGround beef with diced onions & green Peppers.
- Spray 13×9 pan. Spread pasta in the bottom. Layer cheese, ground beef & turkey pepperoni. Spread sauce over top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake @350′ for 30-35 mins or until cheese is melted & bubbly.
- Serves 10.
