INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/4lbsground beef
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1tablespoonsteak seasoning
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1smallred bell pepper, chopped
- 1tablespoonred wine vinegar
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 2cupstomato sauce
- 2tablespoonstomato paste
- 4hamburger buns
DIRECTIONS
- Over medium high heat, use a skillet and add the oil to pan.
- Put meat in pan and make sure it’s broken up (don’t make patties).
- Add brown sugar and steak seasoning.
- When the meat is cooked all the way through (all browned)put in the onion and red peppers.
- Turn heat to medium and add red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes.
- Next, add the tomato sauce and paste.
- Make sure everything is mixed together. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Have pickles, cheese or whatever you like for toppings and you’re ready to eat! Make sure to leave room for seconds!

INGREDIENTS
- 1chocolate wafer pie crust

Layer 1
- 8ouncescream cheese
- 3/4cuppowdered sugar
- 8ouncesCool Whip
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract

Layer 2
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)boxchocolate pudding
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Whip the cream cheese until softened.
- Blend in powdered sugar, cool-whip and vanilla extract.
- Put into crust and smooth out top.
- Make pudding as directed on box for a pie, using only 1 1/2 cups of milk.
- Top pie with pudding mixture and smooth out top.
- Finish with cool-whip and chocolate curls.
- Refridgerate until set.

INGREDIENTS
- 1egg white
- 1teaspoonwater
- 2 (12 ounce)cans 5 cups totalmixed nuts
- 1cupsugar
- 1tablespoonpumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS
- Grease a 15*10*1-inch baking pan.Set pan aside.
- In a large mixingbowl beat egg white and water till frothy.
- Add the nuts and toss to coat.
- Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
- Sprinkle over the nuts; toss to coat.
- Spread nuts in a single layer in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Cool slightly in pan.
- Transfer to waxed paper to cool.
- Break into clusters.
- Store tightly covered up to 1 week.

INGREDIENTS
- 48ouncesfat free chicken broth
- 1/3cuponions, chopped
- 1/3cupcelery, chopped
- 1/3cupgreen bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2cuplong-grain rice, uncooked
- 1/4teaspooncumin
- 12ouncesboneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 1cuptomatoes, chopped
- 1/2cupwhole kernel corn, frozen
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce)cangreen chilies, chopped, undrained
- 1/4cuplime juice
- 2tablespoonscilantro, chopped, fresh
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in rice, and cumin.
- Return to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes until rice is tender.
- Skip these steps if you are using cooked brown rice.
- Stir chicken, and next 3 ingreds. into rice mixture.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove mixture from heat.
- Stir in lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3cupfrozen blueberries(I like Wyman’s brand)
- 1tablespoonmaple syrup
- 1/3cupGrape-Nuts cereal
- 1/4cupwhipped cream
DIRECTIONS
- Put frozen blueberries in a microwavable cereal bowl and heat on high for about 20-30 seconds.
- Add maple syrup and grape nuts and stir to combine.
- Heat in microwave 10 seconds or so, just to be sure all the berries are thawed.
- Top with whipped cream.
