INGREDIENTS
- 1mediumlobster
- 2teaspoonsred chili powder
- 1teaspoonturmeric powder
- 2teaspoonsginger-garlic paste
- 1/2teaspoonblack pepper
- 2teaspoonslime juice
- 20curry leaves, washed and torn
- salt
- oil, as required
DIRECTIONS
- Fill half a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add some salt to it and the lobster making sure the fish is completely submerged.
- Cook the fish for 5 minutes for the first kg and 2 extra minutes for every additional kg.
- If the antenna pulls out easily, the fish is cooked.
- A properly cooked lobster meat is creamy white and the shells are bright red.
- Allow the fish to cool.
- Remove lobster meat from the shell.
- Cut the tail in half lengthwise.
- Keep shell intact and carefully remove the meat from it.
- Mix the masala powders, salt, ginger-garlic paste and lime juice in a bowl.
- Add pepper powder and mix.
- Add the lobster pieces to it and mix.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves and marinated lobster pieces.
- Shallow fry on both sides till cooked.
- Dip the tail into the marinade and fry till it is lightly browned.
- Let the fried tail dry on paper towels.
- Now stuff the fried meat into the shell and garnish with fresh veggies.
- Serve hot with rotis.
- Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 3eggs
- 3-4tablespoonsmilk
- 4tablespoonsolive oil
- 2teaspoonsbutteror margarine
- sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1-2teaspooncurry
- 1tablespoondried parsley
- 1cupmushrooms(chopped)
- 1/3cupfresh cilantro(chopped)
- 1/2cuptomatoes(chopped)
- 1/2cupgreen onions(chopped)
- 1 freshserrano pepper(chopped)
- 8-10teaspoonscream cheese(dollops)
DIRECTIONS
- Put together eggs, milk and parsley (salt and pepper to taste) beat and set aside.
- Set oven to broil.
- Chop all vegetables keep separate.
- In pan heat butter at med heat; first add mushrooms and onion.Saute for about 3 minutes,then add tomato, cilantro and curry (salt and pepper to taste); set aside.
- In frying pan that can go in the oven (non stick)add olive oil heat at med temperature;beat eggs again add to pan cook and swirl eggs for about 5 minutes. When eggs are almost set, spread veggies on the eggs.
- Add cream cheese dollops.
- Put in oven (watch carefully) to cook the top of the egg the rest of the way. Cream cheese will not melt.
- Take out of oven cut in pie slices.

INGREDIENTS
- 4boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2cupketchup
- 3tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsvinegar
- 2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
- 2teaspoonsdry mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Mix other ingredients, spoon over chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 40 minutes or so.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (5 ounce)jarKraft Old English cheese spread
- 1 (5 ounce)jar kraft rokableu cheese spread
- 2 (8 ounce)packagescream cheese
- 1tablespoononion flakes
- 1teaspoongarlic salt
- 1/2teaspoonseason salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place first three ingredients in a pan and heat on low stirring until they are well combined.
- Add seasonings and mix well.
- Place in covered bowl and refrigerate until cold.
- Serve on crackers or garlic toast rounds.Delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 2tablespoonscornstarch
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/4cupswater
- 1cuporange juice
- 1cinnamon stick, small
- 1 1/4lbssweet cherries, dark, pitted
DIRECTIONS
- In a large heavy saucepan, stir together all the ingredients EXCEPT the cherries.
- Over medium heat, stir until thickened & smooth.
- Stir in cherries & cook for 1 minute.
- Pour into serving bowl, then cover & chill.
- Discard cinnamon stick before serving.
