INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsbeef stew meat, lean cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3tablespoonsdried onion flakes
- 2teaspoonsbeef bouillon granules
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2cupsdry red wine
- 12ounceswhole wheat egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
DIRECTIONS
- Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray or use the slow cooker liners (these are great).
- Place stew meat in slow cooker; sprinkle with onions, bouillon granules, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Pour red wine over beef; cover and cook on low heat for 10 - 12 hours or high heat for 5 - 6 hours.
- Serve over cooked noodles.

- 2 (15 ounce)cansblack-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 (15 ounce)canswhite shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 (10 ounce)can dicedrotel
- 12green onions(chopped)
- 1bell pepper(seeded and chopped)
- 1jalapeno pepper(seeded and chopped)
- 1 dicedtomato
- 1tablespoon mincedgarlic
- 1 (14 ounce)bottle zestyItalian dressing
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl,mix well.
- Chill and serve with Frito Scoops or your favorite chips.

INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncescooked turkey breast, cubed
- 1 (10 ounce)packagefrozen peas, thawed
- 1cup choppedcelery
- 1 (8 ounce)cansliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2tablespoons choppedgreen peppers
- 1tablespoon choppedonions
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)canreduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2cupnonfat milk
- 1cup shreddedlow-fat cheddar cheese, divided
- 2tablespoonswhite wineor chicken broth
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2sliceswhole wheat bread, cubed
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine the soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, wine or broth, lemon juice and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth and heated through. Pour over turkey mixture; toss to coat.
- Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with bread cubes. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

INGREDIENTS
- 12 (1 ounce)white chocolate baking squares, coarsely chopped
- 2cupsheavy whipping cream, divided
- 1tablespoonconfectioners’ sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- In heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, combine chocolate and 2/3 cup cream.
- Cook and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Cool to room temperature.
- In small mixing bowl, beat remaining cream with confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold about 1/4 cup into chocolate mixture.
- Fold in remaining whipped cream mixture.
- Spoon into dessert dishes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 4lbscountry-style pork ribs, country-style, bone-in
- 2teaspoonssalt, divided
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1cuplight brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1cupapple butter
- 1cupketchup
- 1/2cuplemon juice
- 1/2cuporange juice
- 1tablespoonsteak sauce(suggest A.1. Steak Sauce)
- 1teaspoonfresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1teaspoongarlic, minced
- 1/2teaspoonworcestershire sauce

Garnish
- fresh parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Cut ribs apart, if necessary, and trim excess fat; sprinkle 1 teaspoons salt evenly over ribs.
- Stir together remaining 1 teaspoons salt, onion, and next 9 ingredients until blended.
- Pour half of onion mixture into a 5-qt. slow cooker.
- Place ribs in slow cooker, and pour remaining mixture over ribs.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 6 to 7 hours or until ribs are tender.
- Garnish, if desired.
