Tangy & Moist Meatloaf With Special Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Meatloaf

  2. 1/2cupbrown sugar
  3. 2tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1/2yellow onion, chopped
  5. 1 1/2lbslean ground beef
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 1/2cups freshsourdough breadcrumbs, blend 5 bread slices in food processor
  8. 1/2cupmilk
  9. 6tablespoonsHeinz 57 steak sauce, divided
  10. salt and pepper
  11. Sauce

  12. 2tablespoonscornstarch
  13. 4tablespoonswater
  14. 3tablespoonsHeinz 57 steak sauce
  15. 2tablespoonshot ketchup, Heinz Kicker’s Hot & Spicy
  16. 1tablespoonketchup, regular
  17. 3tablespoonsA-1 Steak Sauce
  18. 1tablespoonbrown sugar
  19. 1/2cupapple juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Meatloaf:.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Lightly grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
  4. Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the loaf pan.
  5. In a small sauté pan, melt butter.
  6. Add chopped onions and cook until soften, about 5 minutes.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk and 3 tablespoons of the Heinz 57 sauce. Add cooked onions and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. Shape mixture into a loaf and press into pan.
  9. Brush remaining 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce on top of loaf.
  10. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until juices are clear.
  11. Sauce:.
  12. Whisk cornstarch in water until blended.
  13. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cornstarch mix, Heinz 57, Heinz Kicker Ketchup, A1 sauce, regular ketchup, apple juice and brown sugar.Heat until bubbly. Sauce will be thick.
  14. Pour sauce over meatloaf to serve.

Seashells’ Rotini and Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cups uncookedrotini pasta
  2. 1cupmilk
  3. 1 (10 ounce)container refrigeratedalfredo sauce
  4. 2tablespoonsfresh basil leaves, chopped
  5. 2cupsprovolone cheese, shredded
  6. 1 1/2cups mediumtomatoes, chopped
  7. 1teaspoonred pepper flakes
  8. 1/2teaspoonfresh black pepper
  9. 1tablespoon progressoItalian style breadcrumbs
  10. 1tablespoonfresh basil leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 2-quart casserole, set aside.
  3. In large saucepan, cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  4. In medium bowl, stir milk into Alfredo sauce.
  5. Stir in 2 tablespoons basil, the cheese and 1 cup of the tomatoes.
  6. Pour mixture into casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining tomatoes.
  8. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  9. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and one tablespoon basil, sprinkle over top.

Szechuan Green Beans and Soba Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12ouncessoba noodles
  2. 1tablespoonsesame oil
  3. 1teaspoonsesame oil
  4. 2teaspoonscooking oil
  5. 1lbgreen beans
  6. 4garlic cloves, minced
  7. 1/2teaspoonchili flakes, to taste
  8. 4tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. 2tablespoonssesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a large pan with water and bring to the boil. Add the soba noodles and cook for 5 minutesDrain the noodles, refresh in cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat up a dry wok and add the sesame seeds, gently swirl them until they become golden and aromatic (be careful they burn easily).
  3. Remove the seeds and set aside. In the same pan heat the oils over a medium high heat.
  4. Trim the ends from the green beans and cut into bite size pieces.
  5. Add the beans to the pan and sauté for 3 mins, turn the heat down and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic and desired amount of chilli flakes (I use a small pinch) and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  7. Add the noodles to the pan and toss to coat.
  8. Pour on the soy sauce and serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds.

Seashells’ Ham and Cheese Ziti Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 1/2cupsziti pasta, uncooked
  2. 1/4cupbutteror margarine
  3. 1garlic clove, finely chopped
  4. 1/4cupall-purpose flour
  5. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  6. 2cupsmilk
  7. 1/2teaspoonDijon mustard
  8. 3cupscolby cheese, shredded
  9. 1cupcooked ham, sliced into thin strips
  10. 1/2-1cupparmesan cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 F
  2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  3. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat.
  4. Cook garlic in butter 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in flour and salt.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  7. Gradually stir in milk.
  8. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  9. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  10. Stir in mustard and Colby cheese.
  11. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
  12. Stir pasta and ham into cheese sauce.
  13. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
  14. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  15. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Wham Bam! Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupbutter
  2. 1cupsugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 2cupsflour
  5. 1/2teaspoonbaking soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream butter, sugar and egg.
  2. Sift flour, soda and add to mixture.
  3. Place small bits of dough rolled into tiny balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Dip small juice glass in flour and WHAM-BAM!(hit lightly).
  5. Bake 3 minutes, allow to cool 1 minute and remove immediately.
