INGREDIENTS

Meatloaf
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 1/2yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1/2lbslean ground beef
- 1egg
- 1 1/2cups freshsourdough breadcrumbs, blend 5 bread slices in food processor
- 1/2cupmilk
- 6tablespoonsHeinz 57 steak sauce, divided
- salt and pepper

Sauce
- 2tablespoonscornstarch
- 4tablespoonswater
- 3tablespoonsHeinz 57 steak sauce
- 2tablespoonshot ketchup, Heinz Kicker’s Hot & Spicy
- 1tablespoonketchup, regular
- 3tablespoonsA-1 Steak Sauce
- 1tablespoonbrown sugar
- 1/2cupapple juice
DIRECTIONS
- Meatloaf:.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
- Press the brown sugar in the bottom of the loaf pan.
- In a small sauté pan, melt butter.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soften, about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk and 3 tablespoons of the Heinz 57 sauce. Add cooked onions and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and press into pan.
- Brush remaining 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce on top of loaf.
- Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until juices are clear.
- Sauce:.
- Whisk cornstarch in water until blended.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cornstarch mix, Heinz 57, Heinz Kicker Ketchup, A1 sauce, regular ketchup, apple juice and brown sugar.Heat until bubbly. Sauce will be thick.
- Pour sauce over meatloaf to serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cups uncookedrotini pasta
- 1cupmilk
- 1 (10 ounce)container refrigeratedalfredo sauce
- 2tablespoonsfresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2cupsprovolone cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2cups mediumtomatoes, chopped
- 1teaspoonred pepper flakes
- 1/2teaspoonfresh black pepper
- 1tablespoon progressoItalian style breadcrumbs
- 1tablespoonfresh basil leaves, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 2-quart casserole, set aside.
- In large saucepan, cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
- In medium bowl, stir milk into Alfredo sauce.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons basil, the cheese and 1 cup of the tomatoes.
- Pour mixture into casserole.
- Sprinkle with remaining tomatoes.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and one tablespoon basil, sprinkle over top.

INGREDIENTS
- 12ouncessoba noodles
- 1tablespoonsesame oil
- 1teaspoonsesame oil
- 2teaspoonscooking oil
- 1lbgreen beans
- 4garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2teaspoonchili flakes, to taste
- 4tablespoonssoy sauce
- 2tablespoonssesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a large pan with water and bring to the boil. Add the soba noodles and cook for 5 minutesDrain the noodles, refresh in cold water and set aside.
- Heat up a dry wok and add the sesame seeds, gently swirl them until they become golden and aromatic (be careful they burn easily).
- Remove the seeds and set aside. In the same pan heat the oils over a medium high heat.
- Trim the ends from the green beans and cut into bite size pieces.
- Add the beans to the pan and sauté for 3 mins, turn the heat down and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and desired amount of chilli flakes (I use a small pinch) and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the noodles to the pan and toss to coat.
- Pour on the soy sauce and serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsziti pasta, uncooked
- 1/4cupbutteror margarine
- 1garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/4cupall-purpose flour
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2cupsmilk
- 1/2teaspoonDijon mustard
- 3cupscolby cheese, shredded
- 1cupcooked ham, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2-1cupparmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350 F
- Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat.
- Cook garlic in butter 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Stir in mustard and Colby cheese.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
- Stir pasta and ham into cheese sauce.
- Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 1egg
- 2cupsflour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter, sugar and egg.
- Sift flour, soda and add to mixture.
- Place small bits of dough rolled into tiny balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Dip small juice glass in flour and WHAM-BAM!(hit lightly).
- Bake 3 minutes, allow to cool 1 minute and remove immediately.
