INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsbrown sugar
- 1cupbutter
- 3eggs
- 2 3/4cups siftedflour
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 2teaspoonscinnamon
- 1teaspooncloves
- 1lb seededraisins
- 1lb shelledpecans
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add well beaten eggs and mix dry ingredients alternately.
- Add vanilla.
- Drop from spoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (20 ounce)canpineapples
- 2 1/2cupsflour
- 1 1/2cupssugar
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2eggs, slightly beaten

Frosting
- 1/2cupmargarine
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4cupevaporated milk
- 1cupcoconut
- 1/2cupnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all cake ingredients together.
- Bake in a greased and floured 9×13 pan for 35-40 min at 350 degrees.
- To make frosting: Add to sauce pan, margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for approximately 5 minute Remove from heat and stir in coconut and nuts.
- Pour the frosting on the hot cake.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbsstewing veal, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
- 1onion, chopped
- 1green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2cupsmushrooms, sliced
- 5ouncestomato paste
- 14ouncescanned tomatoes
- 50mlbrandy
- 2cupsbeef broth
- 2tablespoonssweet paprika
- 1/4teaspooncayenne
- 1/2teaspoonsavory
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 250mlsour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a heavy skillet. Add onions and cook until soft but not brown. Transfer to a stew pot.
- Add veal to skillet without over-crowding and cook until nicely browned. Brown in batches if necessary. Transfer to stew pot.
- Remove skillet from heat and pour off excess oil and fat. Deglaze pan with brandy, scraping up brown bits on bottom of pan. Strain liquid into stew pot.
- Add beef stock, tomato paste and tomatoes to meat and onions. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and savory. Stir well.
- Cover tightly and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, or until meat is tender. Taste and adjust seasoning regularly.
- Sweat green pepper in a little oil until fragrant. Add to stew during last hour of cooking.
- Saute mushrooms in butter and oil until just wilted. Add to stew during last half hour of cooking.
- Serve with a generous dollop of sour cream on top.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsflour, plain
- 8ouncessharp cheddar cheese
- 1cupbutteror margarine
- 1cup choppedpecans
- 1/2tablespoonsalt
- 1teaspoonred peppers
DIRECTIONS
- Soften and blend together cheese and butter; add other ingredients.
- Form into 4 rolls and wrap in foil or saran wrap.
- Freeze. Thaw slightly and slice about 1/4 inches
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Great to prepare ahead and will keep in freezer for several months.

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1onion, chopped
- 1red bell pepper, diced
- 1green bell pepper, diced
- 1lbturkey sausage, casings removed
- 1teaspoondried marjoram
- 1loafbread dough, previously frozen(1lb.)
- 2cups shreddedmozzarella cheese(8 oz.)
- 2eggs, slightly beaten
- 3tablespoons frank’s orginal redhotpepper sauce(or use your favorite)
- 1tablespoonmilk
- gratedparmesan cheese
- sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet.
- Add onions and bell peppers; cook 5 minute or until tender.
- Add sausage and marjoram.
- Cook and stir 5 minute or until meat is no longer pink.
- Drain well, cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F Cut dough in half.
- Roll half of dough into 14X10″ rectangle on lightly floured board.(Let dough rest 5 minute if dough springs back when rolling).
- Pat onto bottom and 1″ up the sides of greased 13×9x2″ baking pan.
- Roll out remaining half of dough to 13×9x2″
- rectangle; keep covered.
- Stir cheese, eggs and RedHot® sauce into sausage mixture; toss to coat evenly.
- Spoon evenly over bottom dough.
- Cover sausage mixture with top half of dough.
- Pinch top and bottom edges of dough to seal.
- Brush top lightly with milk.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and sesame seeds.
- Bake 25 minute or until golden and bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
