Apricot Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (20 ounce)cancrushed pineapple
  2. 1 (10 ounce)canmandarin oranges
  3. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese
  4. 1 (6 ounce)packageapricot gelatin
  5. 1/2cupwhipped cream
  6. choppednuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving 1 cup pineapple syrup. Soften cream cheese; whip until fluffy.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in 3 cups boiling water; stir in reserved pineapple syrup and cream cheese.
  3. Chill until partially thickened; fold in fruits and whipped cream.
  4. Pour into pan or mold; sprinkle with nuts. Chill until firm.

White Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupswater
  2. 1tablespoonvegetable oil
  3. 2tablespoonscoconut milk (optional)
  4. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  5. 1cupwhite rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In saucepan over medium heat bring water, oil and coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Add salt and rice, reduce heat to low and cook covered until water absorbed, about 25 minutes.

Chicken Souffle Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12slicesbread
  2. 2cups choppedcooked chicken
  3. 1cup slicedcelery
  4. 1 (4 ounce)can choppedmushrooms (optional)
  5. 2cupsmilk
  6. 4eggs, beaten
  7. 1cupmayonnaise
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. 1 (10 ounce)cancream of chicken soup
  11. 1/2lbcheddar cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS

  1. Trim bread. Arrange half the bread in 13 X 9 inch pan; sprinkle with chicken, celery, onion and mushrooms.
  2. Cover with remaining bread.
  3. Combine milk, eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; pour over bread.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Pour soup over top.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Cover with cheese; bake for 15 minutes longer.

Fahrenheit 5 Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2tablespoonsMalibu rumor coconut rum
  2. 1 1/2tablespoonsGrand Marnieror Cointreau liqueuror triple sec
  3. 2 1/2tablespoonscranberry juice
  4. 1 1/2tablespoonspineapple juice
  5. Sprite, splash

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rum, liqueur and juices.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Top with a splash of Sprite.
