INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsground turkey
- 1/2cupapplesauce
- 1/2cupoatmeal
- 1tablespoongarlic powder
- 1tablespoononion powder
- 1teaspoonseason salt
- 1/2cup favoritetomato base barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients except bbq sauce.
- In a microwave steamer basket, form meat mixture into a ring.
- Cover with bbq sauce.
- Place about 1/4 cup of water in bottom of steamer.
- Microwave uncovered 14 to 16 mins or until meat thermometer reads 170.

INGREDIENTS
- 6ouncescream cheese, brought to room temp
- 1/3cupMiracle Whip
- 3cups dicedrotisserie-cooked chickenor grilled chicken breasts
- 1cup freshpineapple tidbits, well drained
- 15ouncesmandarin oranges, well drained
- 1/3cup dryroasted almonds, chopped roughly(dry roasted)
- 1/4cup choppedgreen onions
- salt and pepper
- sugaror Splenda sugar substitute(if needed)
DIRECTIONS
- Cream the cream cheese and miracle whip together.
- Fold in the chicken then pineapple, onions, and then very carefully fold in oranges careful not to break them apart.
- Taste it at this time and if your fruit isn’t very sweet you may want to add a tsp or 2 of sugar or Splenda to sweeten it a bit.
- Refrigerate till ready to serve and add almonds just before serving.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or rolls.
- Cook time doesn’t include cook time for chicken or time to chill.

- 10ouncesmango chutney
- 2tablespoonscurry powder
- 1/2cupsalted peanuts, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Place cream cheese on a serving plate.
- Mix the curry powder with the chutney and pour over the cheese.
- Sprinkle peanuts over the chutney.
- Serve with plain crackers.

- 34Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4lbbutter, melted
- 1-2garlic clove, crushed
- 1tablespoononions, very finely diced
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together all ingredients and put in a small baking dish.
- Bake 375 degrees until hot and golden brown.
