Easy Micro-Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbsground turkey
  2. 1/2cupapplesauce
  3. 1/2cupoatmeal
  4. 1tablespoongarlic powder
  5. 1tablespoononion powder
  6. 1teaspoonseason salt
  7. 1/2cup favoritetomato base barbecue sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except bbq sauce.
  2. In a microwave steamer basket, form meat mixture into a ring.
  3. Cover with bbq sauce.
  4. Place about 1/4 cup of water in bottom of steamer.
  5. Microwave uncovered 14 to 16 mins or until meat thermometer reads 170.

Fruity Hawaiian Chicken Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6ouncescream cheese, brought to room temp
  2. 1/3cupMiracle Whip
  3. 3cups dicedrotisserie-cooked chickenor grilled chicken breasts
  4. 1cup freshpineapple tidbits, well drained
  5. 15ouncesmandarin oranges, well drained
  6. 1/3cup dryroasted almonds, chopped roughly(dry roasted)
  7. 1/4cup choppedgreen onions
  8. salt and pepper
  9. sugaror Splenda sugar substitute(if needed)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream the cream cheese and miracle whip together.
  2. Fold in the chicken then pineapple, onions, and then very carefully fold in oranges careful not to break them apart.
  3. Taste it at this time and if your fruit isn’t very sweet you may want to add a tsp or 2 of sugar or Splenda to sweeten it a bit.
  4. Refrigerate till ready to serve and add almonds just before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or rolls.
  6. Cook time doesn’t include cook time for chicken or time to chill.

  1. 8ounces barneufchatel cheese
  2. 10ouncesmango chutney
  3. 2tablespoonscurry powder
  4. 1/2cupsalted peanuts, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place cream cheese on a serving plate.
  2. Mix the curry powder with the chutney and pour over the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle peanuts over the chutney.
  4. Serve with plain crackers.

  3. 1/4lbbutter, melted
  4. 1-2garlic clove, crushed
  5. 1tablespoononions, very finely diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all ingredients and put in a small baking dish.
  2. Bake 375 degrees until hot and golden brown.
