INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 2 (1 lb)canspork and beans
- 1 (1 lb)cankidney beans, drained
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce)envelopeLipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1cupcatsup
- 1/2cupcold water
- 2tablespoonsprepared mustard
- 2teaspoonscider vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Brown hamburger.
- In a casserole dish, combine hamburger with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake at 400 deg. for 30-45 minute.

INGREDIENTS
- 2largeeggs
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1/2cupvegetable oil
- 2teaspoonsvanilla(or use almond extract)
- 1/4cuporange juice
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 3cupsflour
- 1/3cuppoppy seeds
- sugar, for dipping
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 375 degrees.
- Fit processor with steel blade and process the eggs with sugar, oil, juice and vanilla until blended (about 3-5 seconds).
- Add in flour, baking powder and poppy seeds; process until just blended using on/off pulses (do not over mix!).
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before rolling out.
- Roll each piece on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 1/8-inch thick).
- Using assorted cookie cutters, cut into different shapes.
- Carefully coat each cookie in sugar.
- Place sugar-side up on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on baking sheet then transfer to a rack to cool.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/4cupbutter
- 1egg
- 1/2cupyogurt
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1/2cupstrawberries, mashed
- 1 1/2cupscake flour
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; line 12-count muffin tin with paper liners.
- Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, yogurt, and vanila, blending until smooth.
- Slowly add dry ingredients until just incorportated, then beat in strawberries.
- Drop batter into liners and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- I like these best with a chocolte frosting (like a chocolate-covered strawberry!) but they are (almost) as good unfrosted.

INGREDIENTS
- 1unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 2ouncesunsweetened chocolate squares
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 3largeeggs
- 1/2cupsugar
- 3/4cupdark corn syrup
- 3/4cuppecan halves
DIRECTIONS
- Make your pie shell or buy one.
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter over hot water.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and corn syrup with a rotary beater and add to the above chocolate mixture.
- Add the pecans to the mixture.
- Pour into an unbaked shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (11 ounce)canmandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2cuporange juice
- 1lbcarrots, sliced
- 1/4teaspooncurry powder
- 1cupseedless grapes, halved
- 1teaspoonlemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse the oranges in water.
- Pour orange juice into a medium large sauce pan, & turn heat on to medium.
- Add carrots & curry powder, stirring well.
- Cover & cook about 10 minutes or until carrots are tender & liquid is absorbed.
- Add grapes, oranges & lemon juice, mixing well.
- Cover & heat throughout. Serve hot.
