INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupwhite wine
- 1teaspoonsoy sauce
- 2tablespoonsmalt vinegar
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 2tablespoonstomato paste
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 2tablespoonslow-fat yogurt
- 6sausages
- 1onion, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- brown onion and sausages in pan.
- combine the rest of the ingredients.
- add to pan and bring to the boil.
- simmer for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Batter
- 2cupsoats
- 1/2cupflour
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2 1/2tablespoons chilledbutter, cut into small pieces
- 1cuplow-fat milk
- 1/2cupegg substitute(or 2 eggs)
- 2teaspoonsvanilla
- 1 (10 ounce)packagefrozen blackberries, unthawed

Topping
- 1/2cupoats
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1tablespoonbutter, softened
- 1/4 choppedpecan, toasted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- To prepare batter, process oats in a food processor until finely ground(about 1 min). Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. (too much flour will make this cake dry)
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to food processor; blend well. Add butter; pulse 5 times or until combined. Spoonmixture into a large bowl.
- Combine milk, eggs, and vanilla in a small bowl, stirring just until blended. Add to oat mixture, stirring to combine. Gently stir in blackberries.
- Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. (batter will be thin) Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake for 45 mins or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely on a wire rack. Slice and serve!
- Topping:.
- Combine all topping ingredients in a food processor; process until finely chopped.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 ounce)bagfresh spinach
- 1/2lbfresh mushrooms, sliced
- 8slicesbacon, fried and crumbled
- 4eggs, hard boiled

Dressing
- 1/3cupketchup
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/4cupred wine vinegar
- 1/3cupoil
- 4green onions, chopped, include tops
- 1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Wash spinach several times to wash off all dirt and sand.
- Tear off stems and tear spinach into bite size pieces.
- Dry spinach with towel and place in bowl.
- Add mushrooms and eggs - sliced.
- Top with bacon pieces.
- For dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients. Place in a glass jar and refrigerate.
- Shake well before using.

INGREDIENTS
- 2teaspoonsolive oil
- 1/2lbpork tenderloins(cut in 1/2 cubes)
- 1stalkcelery(Chopped)
- 1smallgreen pepper(Chopped)
- 1smallyellow onion(Chopped)
- 1 (16 ounce)canred kidney beans(Drained)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce)candiced tomatoes
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce)cancorn(Drained)
- 1 1/2tablespoonschili powder
- 2teaspoonscumin
- salt and pepper(to your taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil.
- Add the pork,celery,green pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes. Toss to brown on all sides.
- Add beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder and cumin.
- Lower heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (14 ounce)canscanned Mexican style stewed tomatoes, mostly drained
- 1/4cupfresh cilantro(or more)
- 1/4 of anonion
- 5slices nacho-stylejalapenos
- 5dashescumin powder
- 5dasheschili powder
- salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender and chop until fairly smooth.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
