INGREDIENTS
- 10ouncesgreen beans, fresh
- 4ouncescream cheese, softened
- 1/4cupmilk
- 1/4teaspooncelery seeds
- 1/8teaspoonsalt(to taste)
- 1/8teaspoonpepper(to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Steam the beans until just done, about 15-20 minutes, then place in a saucepan.
- Combine the remaining ingredients & blend well.
- Add the cream sauce to the beans & heat through.

INGREDIENTS
- 3largeeggs, separated
- 3tablespoonspure maple syrup(plus additional syrup for serving)
- 2tablespoonssour cream
- 1tablespoonbutteror margarine
- 1/4cupsliced almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a small mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat egg yolks until thick and pale, about 3 minutes.
- Mix in maple syrup and sour cream.
- In another mixing bowl with clean beaters, beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold whites into yolk mixture.
- Melt butter in an 8- to 9-inch nonstick skillet with an ovenproof handle.
- Sprinkle almonds over bottom.
- Spoon egg mixture over.
- Cook over low heat until sides begin to brown and the underside is golden when lifted with a spatula, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the almonds.
- Transfer pan to oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until top is puffed and browned.
- If necessary, loosen sides with a thin spatula. Slide omelet onto serving plate, flipping top half over bottom to fold in half.
- Serve with additional syrup.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cuponions, chopped
- 1/2cupbutter
- 20ouncescream of mushroom soup
- 2cupschicken broth
- 2cupsstuffing cubes
- 1 1/2lbsturkey, cooked and cut up
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add soup and broth and stuffing; stir over medium heat a few minutes.
- Stir in turkey.
- Put in crock pot and cook on low 8 hours.
- Serve on buns.

INGREDIENTS
- 5-7lbs rawsuet
- 1lbfatty bacon
- 2cupsraw peanuts(chopped)
- 2cupsraisins
- 2cupscornmeal
- 2cupsoatmeal
- 1cuppeanut butter
- 1cup drydog food(crushed)
- 1cupsunflower seeds
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/2cup crackedcornor mixedbird seed
DIRECTIONS
- Cook suet until melted.
- Fry bacon till crisp (save the fat).
- Add crumbled bacon and fat to the melted suet.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a pan.
- Allow mixture to cool completely and cut into squares that fit in your suet feeder.

INGREDIENTS
- 6cupschocolate-flavor crisp rice cereal
- 1 1/2tablespoonsmargarine
- 1 1/2tablespoonsreduced-fat peanut butter
- 8ounceslarge marshmallows(use half 16-ounce package)
- 1/3cup reduced-fatsemisweet chocolate morsels
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the rice cereal in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan combine the margaine with peanut butter; cook stirring constantly over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal; stirwith wooden spoon until well coated.
- Add/mix in reduced-fat chocolate morsels.
- Press the mixture into prepared pan, using a rubber spatula to spread out.
- Cut into 24 bars.
