Apple-Cinnamon Blinis Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1largegranny smith apples, peeled, thinly sliced
  2. 1tablespoonsugar
  3. 1teaspoonground cinnamon
  4. 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine
  5. 1cupflour
  6. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1egg
  9. 1cup breakstone’s or knudsensour cream, divided
  10. 1/2cupmilk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat.
  3. Add apple mixture; cook 4 minute or until apples begin to soften and are evenly coated with sugar glaze, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat; set aside.
  5. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in large bowl; set aside.
  6. Beat egg, 1/2 cup of the sour cream and the milk with wire whisk until well blended.
  7. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  8. Gently stir in apples.
  9. Heat nonstick griddle or large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  10. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle.
  11. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turnover to brown other side.
  12. Serve warm, topping each with a scant teaspoonful of the remaining 1/2 cup sour cream just before serving.

Pork Chops on Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4boneless pork chops
  2. 1/3cupbrown rice, uncooked
  3. 2/3cupconverted white rice, uncooked
  4. 1/2cuponions, chopped
  5. 1/4cupbutter
  6. 4ouncesfresh mushrooms, sliced
  7. 1/2cupwater
  8. 1/2teaspoonpepper
  9. 10ouncesbeef broth
  10. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  11. 1 1/4ouncesonion soup mix
  12. 6ounceswater chestnuts, canned(sliced)
  13. 8ouncescanned peas, drained

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. Lightly spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  3. Place brown and white rice, onion, butter, peas, water chestnuts, and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour in water, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Stir in onion soup mix, season with pepper, and top with pork chops.
  6. Cover, and cook on high setting for 4-5 hours.

Delicious Chicken Wings With Oyster Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 20pieceschicken wings
  2. 1/4cupbutter
  3. 2tablespoons choppedgarlic
  4. 2 1/2tablespoonsoyster sauce
  5. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Deep fry the chicken wings; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Add garlic until brown.
  4. Add oyster sauce.
  5. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Drizzle the wings with sauce before serving.

Tequilaberry’s Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2headslettuce, chopped(or 2 1-lb bags pre-cut lettuce)
  2. 1headcauliflower, cut up in tiny pieces
  3. 1lbbacon, fried and crumbled
  4. 1cupHellmann’s mayonnaise(no substitutions)
  5. 2 1/2tablespoonswhite vinegar
  6. 1/4cupsugar
  7. 1-1 1/2cupparmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine lettuce, cauliflower and bacon.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
  3. Add dressing to salad, add parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
  4. I usually make up the dressing the day before and the rest of the salad and then mix together just before serving.

Imperail Crab - Wicomico Md Style Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespoonchopped pimiento
  2. 1tablespoon choppedgreen peppers
  3. 2tablespoonsmayonnaise
  4. 1tablespoonprepared mustard(such as French’s)
  5. 1/2teaspoonworcestershire sauce
  6. 1teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
  7. 1egg
  8. 6saltine crackers, slighly crushed
  9. 1lbbackfin crab meat

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except the crab meat.
  2. Add the crab meat and mix lightly.
  3. Place in a 2 quart baking dish or spoon into individual decorative baking shells.
  4. Bake at 425 until golden brown about 15 minutes.
