INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsBisquick baking mix
- 1cup finely gratedcheddar cheese
- 3/4cupwhite wine
- 3tablespoonsgarlic butter, mix as shown below
- garlic butter
- 1/4cupbutter, melted
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2teaspoondried parsley flakes
- 1dashsalt
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2.Combine garlic butter ingredients, mixing well.
- 3.Combine biscuit ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 4.Mix until well combined.
- 5.Drop approximately 1/4-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- 6.Brush garlic butter on top before baking.
- 7.Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.
- 8.Serve warm.
- 9.Brush garlic butter on top before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 3/4cupbutter, softened
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 3eggs
- 1 1/2teaspoonsvanilla
- 1/2cupmolasses
- 1 1/3cupssour cream
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 1/2cupwalnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2teaspoonscinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl of electric mixer, combine butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla and molasses.Beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes; add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth.
- Mix brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon.
- Spread 1/3 of batter in greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.Sprinkle with 1/3 of the nut mixture.Repeat twice.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until pick inserted near center comes out clean.

- Brown hamburger and drain fat.
- Follow directions on the mix.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce)packagesblueberry muffin mix(prefer Duncan Hines)
- 1/2cupbrown sugar
- 1/2cupwalnuts, chopped
- 1tablespooncinnamon
- 2eggs
- 1cupsour cream
- 1/4cupwater
- 1/2cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 2tablespoonsmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
- Drain and rinse blueberries; set aside.
- Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a large bowl blend eggs, sour cream and water.Blend in muffin mix with a fork.Spread half of batter in pan; top with half the sugar mixture and half the blueberries.
- Repeat, ending with muffin batter.
- Bake 50 minutes.
- Mix confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.Drizzle on warm cake.
- A great breakfast treat for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 1stalkcelery, finely chopped
- 1garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1sprigfresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 (14 ounce)canschickpeas
- 2 1/4cupschicken stock
- 3 1/2ouncesrisotto rice(or ditalini)
DIRECTIONS
- Line a pan with olive oil and add the onion, celery, garlic and rosemary.Cook on low until ingredients are color-less, about 20 minutes.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas.Add chickpeas and stock to the pan.Cook for half an hour on med-low.Remove half of the chickpeas from the pan and set aside.
- Puree the remaining soup to desired consistency and return to pan. Add back the reserved whole chickpeas and rice or pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Simmer until chickpeas are soft and riso is cooked.
- Note: If too think for liking, add water.Serve with olive oil and grated cheese.
