DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut up hot dogs & biscuits.
  2. Wrap biscuits around the hot dogs & bake according to pkg. directions.

Tacos Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbhamburger
  2. 1tablespoontaco seasoning
  3. 1cuplettuce
  4. 1/2cupcheddar cheese
  5. 1/2tomato
  6. 1/4onion
  7. 8taco shells

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown meat, add taco seasoning, add 1/2 cup water and stir well until blended.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally, slice tomatoes, chop onion and grate lettuce and cheese.
  4. Assemble tacos.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespooncornstarch
  2. 2cupsbroccoli
  3. 2cupscarrots
  4. 1tablespoonwater
  5. 1/2cupwhite sugar
  6. 2cupscelery
  7. 2cupscauliflower
  8. 1/2cupsoy sauce
  9. 1/4cupcider vinegar
  10. 1garlic clove, minced
  11. 1/2teaspoonground ginger
  12. 12skinless chicken pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic & ginger.
  2. Stir together & simmer until thickened.
  3. Preheat oven to 375*.
  4. Place chicken in a greased 9×13 dish.
  5. Cover chicken with sauce.
  6. Place in oven.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Turn chicken & bake 10 minutes longer.
  9. Brush chicken with sauce every 5 minutes during baking time.
  10. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  11. In a large skillet, add 1 T. olive oil and vegetables.
  12. Stir & put in cut up chicken.
  13. Stir fry until done.

My Lasagna Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsItalian sausage
  2. 2-4garlic cloves, minced
  3. 1tablespoonbasil
  4. 14ounceschopped tomatoes, undrained
  5. 8ouncestomato sauce
  6. 12ouncestomato paste
  7. 10-12lasagna noodles, cooked. I prefer the ribbed ones
  8. 30-32ouncesricotta cheese
  9. 1/2cupparmesan cheeseor romano cheese, grated
  10. 2tablespoonsdried parsley flakes
  11. 2eggs, beaten
  12. 1/2teaspoonblack pepper
  13. 1lbmozzarella cheese, sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions.Drain in a colander and run cold water over them to easily separate them.
  2. Squeeze sausage from casings and brown on medium heat until all pink is gone.
  3. Add the next 5 ingredients.Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Combine the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Spray Pam or lightly grease a 9X13 casserole.
  6. Lay 3 noodles on the bottom of the casserole and line the sides with the noodles too.
  7. Spread 1/2 the ricotta mixture on top of the noodles, then half of the slices of mozzarella, then half of the meat mixture.
  8. Put more noodles on the meat mixture.Then the rest of the ricotta, the mozzarella, and the meat sauce.
  9. Sprinkle more Parmesan or Romano on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until brown and bubbly, for about 30-40 minutes.If refrigerated first, add approximately 15 more minutes.
  11. I like to serve this with garlic bread and a Caesar or green salad.
