INGREDIENTS
- 1boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1tablespoonnonfat plain yogurt
- 1teaspoongarlic powder
- 1tablespoonItalian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2tablespoonparmesan cheese
- 1/2teaspoonbasil
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper and stir together.
- Place these ingredients on a plate.
- Coat chicken with a thin layer of non-fat yogurt on each side.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper onto each side of chicken breast.
- Dip both sides of coated chicken into breadcrumb mixture and shake off excess.
- Place chicken in a Pam-coated pan and brown on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Place breast on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping chicken half-way thru baking to ensure even browning.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2lbsground ham
- 2lbsground beef
- 1lbground pork
- 2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
- 3eggs
- 2 1/2cupsbrown sugar
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce)canstomato soup
- 2/3cupvinegar
- 2teaspoonsdry mustard
- 1tablespoonpure maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Combine craham cracker crumbs, eggs and meat mixture.
- Roll into balls about the size of golf balls.
- Place in baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar, tomato soups,vinegar , dry mustard and maple syrup.
- Pour over ham balls.
- Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
- *can be made ahead and frozen.

INGREDIENTS
- 2lbsground beef
- 1/2cupmilk
- 1/4cupbreadcrumbs
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2teaspoonssoy sauce
- 1/4teaspoonginger

FLOUR MIXTURE
- 1/3cupflour
- 1/2teaspoonground ginger
-
SAUCE
- 3green peppers, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 (14 ounce)canbean sprouts, including liquid
- 1 (7 ounce)canmushrooms, including liquid
- 1/3cupsoy sauce
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1tablespooncornstarch
- 2tablespoonswater
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together gr. beef, milk,bread crumbs,salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoons ginger.
- Form into 24 balls.
- Roll in flour mixture.
- Brown in skillet with 2 T. oil.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Saute pepper strips 5 minutes in skillet.
- Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, soy sauce,and brown sugar.
- Bring to boil, then simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch-water mixture.
- Cook and stir until thickened.
- Add meat balls and heat thoroughly.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lborange roughy
- 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
- 3tablespoonsmargarine
- 1/3cupsour cream
- 1/2cupmozzarella cheese
- 1tablespoon choppedparsley
- 1teaspoonpaprika
DIRECTIONS
- Wipe and dry fish.
- Arrange in glass dish.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Dot with margarine.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Blend sour cream and cheese.
- Spread on fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley and paprika,.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave 3 minutes or unil fish flakes with fork.

INGREDIENTS
- 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3cupmargarine, melted
- 1/3cuphoney
- 2tablespoonsmustard
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange thawed chicken breasts in shallow baking dish.
- Mix all four ingredients into saucy consistency.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour basting every 15 minutes.
