INGREDIENTS
- 6pork loin chopsor pork rib chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 2tablespoonsvinegar
- 2teaspoonsbrown sugar
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1/2teaspoonchili powder
- 1/2teaspoonpaprika
- 3/4cupketchup
- 1/3cuphot water
DIRECTIONS
- Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet.
- Combine all remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chops.
- Bake, uncovered at 375 F for one hour.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbslean ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce)bagDoritos, crushes
- 1 (8 ounce)containersour cream
- 1/4cupCatalina dressing, to your taste(or more)
- 1headiceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce)bag shreddedcheddar cheese
- 1ouncetaco seasoning mix(i like taco bell)
- 1/2cupgreen onions(chopped)(optional)
- 1/2cupblack beans(drained)(optional)
- 1/2tomato(chopped)(optional)
- 1avocado(chopped)(optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Brown your beef until cook through.
- Prepare beef as taco seasons package direction.
- In a large bowl combine lettuce, Doritos.
- In a medium size bowl combine sour cream and dressing until well blended.
- Cool beef.
- Add cooled taco beef to lettuce bowl.
- Add cheese to same bowl (this would the time to add any of the add ins if you would like to use any).
- Mix well.
- Pour sour cream mixture into salad bowl.
- Combine well.
- Gobble up and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1pizza dough(for cookie sheet)
- 4 thinsandwich steaks, chopped in 2 inch slices
- 3tablespoonssoya sauce
- 1/2teaspoonworcestershire sauce
- 1teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/2cuppizza sauceor tomato sauce
- 2cupsold cheddar cheese, grated
- 1cupmushrooms, chopped
- 1smallgreen pepper, diced
- 1/2Spanish onionor vidalia onions, chopped
- 1/2cupCheese Whiz
- 1teaspoonmilk(have also used more cheddar melted with milk, texture off but good)
- black pepper
- italian seasoning(basil or oregano)
- 2tablespoonsolive oil(for frying)
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate steak for at least 2 hours in soya, worchestershire and garlic powder.
- Spread dough on cookie sheet.This is easy if olive oil is spread around the dough first.
- Bake dough at 300 for about 10 minuteThis is best since the pizza is moist.
- Sautee peppers, onions and mushrooms until tender, set aside.
- Fast fry steak until brown.
- Spead sauce on pizza.
- Sprinkle on steak and sauteed veggies.
- Melt cheese whiz with milk in microwave for aprox 1 min stirring mid way, drizzle all over pizza.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and italian seasoning.
- Top with grated cheddar.
- Bake on 350 for aprox 20 minute
- Pizza usually depends on your oven and pan so it may be necessary to adjust temperature or cooking time and check the bottom as cooking.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncescream cheese, softened
- 16ouncesHormel chili without beans
- 8ouncescheddar cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Spread cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish; top with chili.
- Sprinkle cheddar over chili.
- Bake or broil until cheddar cheese melts.
- Serve with taco chips.

INGREDIENTS
- 1bunchfresh cilantro
- 1tablespooncorn oil
- 4boneless skinless chicken breasts(trimmed of all visible fat)
- 1teaspooncornstarch
- 1tablespoonwater
- 1/3cuplow-fat plain yogurt
- 2tablespoonslight cream(reduced fat)
- 3/4cupchicken broth
- 2tablespoonslime juice
- 2garlic cloves
- 1shallot, finely chopped
- 1tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Set aside a few cilantro sprigs for garnish and coarsely chop the remainder.
- Heat the corn oil in a heavy-bottom skillet, add the chicken and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear when the meat is pierced with the tip of a sharp knife.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- Mix the cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Stir in the yogurt and cream.
- Pour the chicken broth and lime juice into the skillet and add the garlic and shallot.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer 1 minute.
- Stir the tomato into the yogurt mixture and stir the mixture into the skillet.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes or unti slightly thickened, but do not let the mixture boil.
- Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.
- Place the chicken on a large serving plate, pour the sauce over it and garnish with the reserved cilantro sprigs.
