Seashells’ Oven-Bbq Pork Chops Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6pork loin chopsor pork rib chops, 3/4 inch thick
  2. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  3. 2tablespoonsvinegar
  4. 2teaspoonsbrown sugar
  5. 1/2teaspoonpepper
  6. 1/2teaspoonchili powder
  7. 1/2teaspoonpaprika
  8. 3/4cupketchup
  9. 1/3cuphot water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over chops.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 375 F for one hour.

My Taco Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbslean ground beef
  2. 1 (14 ounce)bagDoritos, crushes
  3. 1 (8 ounce)containersour cream
  4. 1/4cupCatalina dressing, to your taste(or more)
  5. 1headiceberg lettuce, shredded
  6. 1 (8 ounce)bag shreddedcheddar cheese
  7. 1ouncetaco seasoning mix(i like taco bell)
  8. 1/2cupgreen onions(chopped)(optional)
  9. 1/2cupblack beans(drained)(optional)
  10. 1/2tomato(chopped)(optional)
  11. 1avocado(chopped)(optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown your beef until cook through.
  2. Prepare beef as taco seasons package direction.
  3. In a large bowl combine lettuce, Doritos.
  4. In a medium size bowl combine sour cream and dressing until well blended.
  5. Cool beef.
  6. Add cooled taco beef to lettuce bowl.
  7. Add cheese to same bowl (this would the time to add any of the add ins if you would like to use any).
  8. Mix well.
  9. Pour sour cream mixture into salad bowl.
  10. Combine well.
  11. Gobble up and enjoy.

Philly Cheese Steak Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1pizza dough(for cookie sheet)
  2. 4 thinsandwich steaks, chopped in 2 inch slices
  3. 3tablespoonssoya sauce
  4. 1/2teaspoonworcestershire sauce
  5. 1teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1/2cuppizza sauceor tomato sauce
  7. 2cupsold cheddar cheese, grated
  8. 1cupmushrooms, chopped
  9. 1smallgreen pepper, diced
  10. 1/2Spanish onionor vidalia onions, chopped
  11. 1/2cupCheese Whiz
  12. 1teaspoonmilk(have also used more cheddar melted with milk, texture off but good)
  13. black pepper
  14. italian seasoning(basil or oregano)
  15. 2tablespoonsolive oil(for frying)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate steak for at least 2 hours in soya, worchestershire and garlic powder.
  2. Spread dough on cookie sheet.This is easy if olive oil is spread around the dough first.
  3. Bake dough at 300 for about 10 minuteThis is best since the pizza is moist.
  4. Sautee peppers, onions and mushrooms until tender, set aside.
  5. Fast fry steak until brown.
  6. Spead sauce on pizza.
  7. Sprinkle on steak and sauteed veggies.
  8. Melt cheese whiz with milk in microwave for aprox 1 min stirring mid way, drizzle all over pizza.
  9. Sprinkle with black pepper and italian seasoning.
  10. Top with grated cheddar.
  11. Bake on 350 for aprox 20 minute
  12. Pizza usually depends on your oven and pan so it may be necessary to adjust temperature or cooking time and check the bottom as cooking.

Chili Taco Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8ouncescream cheese, softened
  2. 16ouncesHormel chili without beans
  3. 8ouncescheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish; top with chili.
  2. Sprinkle cheddar over chili.
  3. Bake or broil until cheddar cheese melts.
  4. Serve with taco chips.

Pan-Fried Chicken & Cilantro Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1bunchfresh cilantro
  2. 1tablespooncorn oil
  3. 4boneless skinless chicken breasts(trimmed of all visible fat)
  4. 1teaspooncornstarch
  5. 1tablespoonwater
  6. 1/3cuplow-fat plain yogurt
  7. 2tablespoonslight cream(reduced fat)
  8. 3/4cupchicken broth
  9. 2tablespoonslime juice
  10. 2garlic cloves
  11. 1shallot, finely chopped
  12. 1tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  13. salt
  14. pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set aside a few cilantro sprigs for garnish and coarsely chop the remainder.
  2. Heat the corn oil in a heavy-bottom skillet, add the chicken and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear when the meat is pierced with the tip of a sharp knife.
  3. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
  4. Mix the cornstarch and water until smooth.
  5. Stir in the yogurt and cream.
  6. Pour the chicken broth and lime juice into the skillet and add the garlic and shallot.
  7. Reduce the heat and let simmer 1 minute.
  8. Stir the tomato into the yogurt mixture and stir the mixture into the skillet.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes or unti slightly thickened, but do not let the mixture boil.
  11. Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.
  12. Place the chicken on a large serving plate, pour the sauce over it and garnish with the reserved cilantro sprigs.
