DIRECTIONS
- Roll & Braid.
- Rise 45 minutes.
- Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 18chocolate sandwich style cookies, finely crushed(about 1-1/2 cups)
- 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine, melted
- 3 (8 ounce)packagescream cheese, softened
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 8ouncessemisweet baking chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
- 3eggs
DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
- BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
- BAKE 55 minute to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
- Dust entire surface of cooled cheesecake with cocoa powder using a wire mesh strainer. For a festive Valentine’s Day garnish, create a heart-shaped design by topping dusted cheesecake with a heart-shaped stencil and sprinkling with powdered sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 1cupbutter, melted
- 2cupssugar
- 4largeeggs
- 1/3cuporange juice
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- confectioners’ sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350′.
- Lightly greased a 13×9 baking dish, set a side.
- In a large bowl, combine 2c. flour and 1/2c. confectioner sugar.
- Add in butter,stir til crumbly.
- Press mixture evenly into the bottom of prepared baking dish.
- Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In another bowl, stir together sugar,eggs and orange juice until well blended. Set aside.
- In a small bowl combine flour and baking powder and add to sugar mixture.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour onto hot crust and bake another 25 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with extra confectioner sugar if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2lbsground beef
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper
- 1cup oniongravy
DIRECTIONS
- Combine beef with lemon juice, salt & pepper, mix well.
- Shape into 6 oblong patties.
- Broil 6 minutes per side.
- Serve topped with onion gravy.

- 1 1/2lbshamburger
- 1/2cupcorn flakes, crushed
- 1onion, chopped
- 3/4cupcanned milk
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1/2cupcrackers, crushed
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 2tablespoonssage

Sauce
- 1/3cupketchup
- 1teaspoonmustard
- 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together.
- Combine in large bowl, egg, milk, & onion.
- Add cornflakes, crackers & spices then mix well.
- Add burger & sausages to mixture.
- Put into loaf pan, top loaf pan, top with sauce mixture.
- Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 hours.
