Chocolate Bliss Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 18chocolate sandwich style cookies, finely crushed(about 1-1/2 cups)
  2. 2tablespoonsbutteror margarine, melted
  3. 3 (8 ounce)packagescream cheese, softened
  4. 3/4cupsugar
  5. 1teaspoonvanilla
  6. 8ouncessemisweet baking chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
  7. 3eggs

DIRECTIONS

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  2. BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
  3. BAKE 55 minute to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
  4. Dust entire surface of cooled cheesecake with cocoa powder using a wire mesh strainer. For a festive Valentine’s Day garnish, create a heart-shaped design by topping dusted cheesecake with a heart-shaped stencil and sprinkling with powdered sugar.

Simple Orange Citrus Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour, divided
  2. 1/2cupconfectioners’ sugar
  3. 1cupbutter, melted
  4. 2cupssugar
  5. 4largeeggs
  6. 1/3cuporange juice
  7. 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
  8. confectioners’ sugar (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350′.
  2. Lightly greased a 13×9 baking dish, set a side.
  3. In a large bowl, combine 2c. flour and 1/2c. confectioner sugar.
  4. Add in butter,stir til crumbly.
  5. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. In another bowl, stir together sugar,eggs and orange juice until well blended. Set aside.
  8. In a small bowl combine flour and baking powder and add to sugar mixture.
  9. Stir to combine.
  10. Pour onto hot crust and bake another 25 minutes or until set.
  11. Sprinkle with extra confectioner sugar if desired.

Ground Beef Steak Recipe

  1. 1 1/2lbsground beef
  2. 1tablespoonlemon juice
  3. 1 1/2teaspoonssalt

  5. 1cup oniongravy

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine beef with lemon juice, salt & pepper, mix well.
  2. Shape into 6 oblong patties.
  3. Broil 6 minutes per side.
  4. Serve topped with onion gravy.

  1. 1 1/2lbshamburger
  2. 1/2cupcorn flakes, crushed
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 3/4cupcanned milk
  5. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  6. 1/2cupcrackers, crushed
  7. 1egg
  8. 1teaspoonsalt
  9. 2tablespoonssage
  10. Sauce

  11. 1/3cupketchup
  12. 1teaspoonmustard
  13. 2tablespoonsbrown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together.
  2. Combine in large bowl, egg, milk, & onion.
  3. Add cornflakes, crackers & spices then mix well.
  4. Add burger & sausages to mixture.
  5. Put into loaf pan, top loaf pan, top with sauce mixture.
  6. Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 hours.
