INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupjalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2cupserrano peppers, chopped
- 1headgarlic, peeled(more if desired)
- 2tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
- salt, to taste(very important ingredient to bring out the flavors so don’t leave it out)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients to a paste.
- Note:Use gloves to handle chilies.Wash your hands well with plenty of soup and water.Avoid touching your face or other sensitive body parts when working with hot peppers.

- 2/3glasschampagne
- 1ouncex-rated fusion liqueur
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a champagne glass 2/3 full with champagne.
- Pour 10z X-Rtaed Fusion on top.
- Garnish with small, frozen fruits (such as raspberries,etc.) if desired.
- Enjoy!;).

INGREDIENTS
- 2dried red chilies
- 2garlic cloves
- 1/2teaspoonsugar
- 2tablespoonsfish sauce
- 1tablespoonvinegar
- 1tablespoonlemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Mince chilies and garlic finely and place in a mortar.
- Mash with the heel of a cleaver or pestle.
- Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
- Add fish sauce, vinegar and lemon juice, stirring between each addition.

INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 freshhabanero peppers(with seeds)
- 2cupswhite vinegar
- 6-7jalapenos(with seeds)
- 2garlic cloves
- 1/4teaspoonground oregano
- 1/4teaspoonground cumin
- 1/2teaspoononion powder
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2teaspoonmustard powder
DIRECTIONS
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender on high, blend until smooth.
- Add the sauce to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place in a clean jar and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsoats
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1cupnonfat milk
- 1/2cupegg substitute
- 1/2cupcanned pumpkin
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Lightly spray a 9″ cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
