Green Chili Fire Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupjalapeno peppers, chopped
  2. 1/2cupserrano peppers, chopped
  3. 1headgarlic, peeled(more if desired)
  4. 2tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
  5. salt, to taste(very important ingredient to bring out the flavors so don’t leave it out)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients to a paste.
  2. Note:Use gloves to handle chilies.Wash your hands well with plenty of soup and water.Avoid touching your face or other sensitive body parts when working with hot peppers.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a champagne glass 2/3 full with champagne.
  2. Pour 10z X-Rtaed Fusion on top.
  3. Garnish with small, frozen fruits (such as raspberries,etc.) if desired.

Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Chili Sauce for Dipping) #2 Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2dried red chilies
  2. 2garlic cloves
  3. 1/2teaspoonsugar
  4. 2tablespoonsfish sauce
  5. 1tablespoonvinegar
  6. 1tablespoonlemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mince chilies and garlic finely and place in a mortar.
  2. Mash with the heel of a cleaver or pestle.
  3. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  4. Add fish sauce, vinegar and lemon juice, stirring between each addition.

Habanero Hot Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4-5 freshhabanero peppers(with seeds)
  2. 2cupswhite vinegar
  3. 6-7jalapenos(with seeds)
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. 1/4teaspoonground oregano
  6. 1/4teaspoonground cumin
  7. 1/2teaspoononion powder
  8. salt
  9. fresh ground black pepper
  10. 1/2teaspoonmustard powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender on high, blend until smooth.
  2. Add the sauce to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Place in a clean jar and refrigerate.

Pumpkin Oatmeal Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsoats
  2. 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
  3. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  4. 1cupnonfat milk
  5. 1/2cupegg substitute
  6. 1/2cupcanned pumpkin
  7. 1/4cupbrown sugar
  8. 1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
  9. 1teaspoonvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Lightly spray a 9″ cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
