INGREDIENTS
- 8 (8 inch)flour tortillas
- 1 (4 ounce)can choppedmild green chilies
- 2cups shreddedrotisserie-cooked chicken
- 1/2cup shreddedextra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2cup bottledtaco sauce
- fresh cilantro stems, for garnish
- 1cup bottledsalsa
- 1/4cupsour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Place 1 tortilla on large baking sheet.
- Spread with 1 tablespoon chiles.
- Top with one-quarter of chicken, cheese and taco sauce.
- Place another tortilla on top.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas, chiles, chicken, cheese and sauce, for a total of 4 separate quesadillas.
- Bake in 450F oven 8 minutes, until crispy and cheese melted.
- Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut into quarters.
- Garnish with cilantro, salsa and sour cream.

INGREDIENTS
- 2strawberries
- 1ouncex-rated fusion liqueur
- 1ounce x-ratedvodka
- 1ouncestrawberry puree
- 1/2ouncelemons
- 1/2ounceorange juice
DIRECTIONS
- In a shaker glass muddle 2 strawberries, then add fusion, vodka, puree, lemon and OJ.
- Add ice, shake, pour into glass of ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or fruit of choice.
- Enjoy!;).

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupbutter
- 3garlic(or more)
- 2tablespoonsparmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2tablespoonsmayonnaise
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper, freshly grounded
- paprika (optional)
- 1/4cupparsley (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In the food processor, add the garlic and mince.
- Add butter and process until finely blended.
- Add parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.Process until just blended.
- Options:Romano cheese could be substituted, for a slightly different taste.Chili pepper could be used instead of the paprika.

INGREDIENTS
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 2 1/2cupsmushrooms, sliced
- 1 (1 ounce)envelopehollandaise sauce mix, such as Knorr
- 3/4cupmilk
- 3tablespoonssun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 3/4cupssmoked ham, cut into strips
- 6eggs
- 1/3cupmilk
- salt
- pepper
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 4flour tortillas, burrito size
DIRECTIONS
- In small skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms and cook for about 10
- minutes until tender.
- Prepare hollandaise sauce, using only 3/4 cup of milk, and add sundried tomatoes; set aside.
- Cook ham in skillet until browned and set aside. Beat eggs and milk; add salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook eggs in skillet until set to make scrambled eggs; set aside.
- To make the wrap, warm the tortilla and top with eggs, ham, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla then roll forward; cut in half and serve.

- 1banana
- 2kiwi
- 8strawberries
- 1cupapple juice(100% pure)
- 1cupwater
- 1tablespoonflax seeds(Crushed)
- 1teaspoonpsyllium(Husk)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut all fruit into chunks.
- Blend.
- Add apple juice and water.
- Add Flax seed and Psyllium Husk.
- Blend and serve.
