BBQ Chicken and Cheddar Quesadillas Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 (8 inch)flour tortillas
  2. 1 (4 ounce)can choppedmild green chilies
  3. 2cups shreddedrotisserie-cooked chicken
  4. 1/2cup shreddedextra-sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2cup bottledtaco sauce
  6. fresh cilantro stems, for garnish
  7. 1cup bottledsalsa
  8. 1/4cupsour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place 1 tortilla on large baking sheet.
  3. Spread with 1 tablespoon chiles.
  4. Top with one-quarter of chicken, cheese and taco sauce.
  5. Place another tortilla on top.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas, chiles, chicken, cheese and sauce, for a total of 4 separate quesadillas.
  7. Bake in 450F oven 8 minutes, until crispy and cheese melted.
  8. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes.
  9. Cut into quarters.
  10. Garnish with cilantro, salsa and sour cream.

X-Rated Strawberries (Yummy) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2strawberries
  2. 1ouncex-rated fusion liqueur
  3. 1ounce x-ratedvodka
  4. 1ouncestrawberry puree
  5. 1/2ouncelemons
  6. 1/2ounceorange juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a shaker glass muddle 2 strawberries, then add fusion, vodka, puree, lemon and OJ.
  2. Add ice, shake, pour into glass of ice.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge or fruit of choice.
  4. Enjoy!;).

Best Ever Garlic Butter Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupbutter
  2. 3garlic(or more)
  3. 2tablespoonsparmesan cheese, freshly grated
  4. 2tablespoonsmayonnaise
  5. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/4teaspoonpepper, freshly grounded
  7. paprika (optional)
  8. 1/4cupparsley (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the food processor, add the garlic and mince.
  2. Add butter and process until finely blended.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.Process until just blended.
  4. Options:Romano cheese could be substituted, for a slightly different taste.Chili pepper could be used instead of the paprika.

Eggs Benedict Wrap Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3tablespoonsbutter
  2. 2 1/2cupsmushrooms, sliced
  3. 1 (1 ounce)envelopehollandaise sauce mix, such as Knorr
  4. 3/4cupmilk
  5. 3tablespoonssun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  6. 1 3/4cupssmoked ham, cut into strips
  7. 6eggs
  8. 1/3cupmilk
  9. salt
  10. pepper
  11. 3tablespoonsbutter
  12. 4flour tortillas, burrito size

DIRECTIONS

  1. In small skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms and cook for about 10
  2. minutes until tender.
  3. Prepare hollandaise sauce, using only 3/4 cup of milk, and add sundried tomatoes; set aside.
  4. Cook ham in skillet until browned and set aside. Beat eggs and milk; add salt and pepper.
  5. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook eggs in skillet until set to make scrambled eggs; set aside.
  7. To make the wrap, warm the tortilla and top with eggs, ham, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortilla then roll forward; cut in half and serve.

  2. 2kiwi
  3. 8strawberries
  4. 1cupapple juice(100% pure)
  5. 1cupwater
  6. 1tablespoonflax seeds(Crushed)
  7. 1teaspoonpsyllium(Husk)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut all fruit into chunks.
  2. Blend.
  3. Add apple juice and water.
  4. Add Flax seed and Psyllium Husk.
  5. Blend and serve.
