INGREDIENTS
- 3 1/2cupswater
- 1cupground coffee
- 2tablespoonssugar
- 3/4teaspoonground cinnamon
- 2cupshalf-and-half
- 1/2cupchocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Bring water and coffee to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, discarding coffee grounds.
- Stir sugar and cinnamon into coffee until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool.
- Stir in half and half and chocolate syrup.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Serve over ice.
- Note:To keep coffee from diluting, freeze cubes of half and half and coffee to use in place of ice.

INGREDIENTS

CARAMEL SAUCE
- 1cupsugar
- 1/4cupbutter
- 3/4cupheavy cream, whipping

FOR THE SUNDAE
- ice cream, of your choice
- Hershey’s Hugs chocolates, chocolates with almonds
- hershey’schocolate kisses with almonds
- whipped topping
- maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
- SAUCE:.
- Stir in sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until caramel-color; about 10 minutes.
- Heat cream until warm.
- Slowly stir in cream.
- Boil 1 minute to thicken.
- Let cool.
- TO ASSEMBLE SUNDAE:.
- Put scoops of ice cream into a bowl.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons caramel sauce; sprinkle with hershey’s candy.
- Top with whipped topping and a cherry.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk
- 4extra-large eggs, separated
- 1/2cupfresh lemon juice(3 to 4 lemons)
- 1teaspoon gratedlemon peel
- 1/4cupgranulated sugar
- 1 (9 inch)graham cracker crust
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice and lemon peel.
- Mix until well blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- In large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
- Spread over filling making sure to go to edge of crust.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Refrigerate until served.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupsugar
- 3egg yolks
- 1cupmilk
- 1 1/2cups sweetenedred bean paste
- 1 1/2cupsheavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, beat sugar and egg yolks till pale and yellow. Set aside.
- Bring the milk to a boil in a heavy medium saucepan and then turn off heat.
- Slowly whisk hot milk into the yolk/sugar mixture. Pour the entire mixture back into the saucepan.
- Turn on to a very low heat and stir constantly, till it thickens. Do not let it boil!
- Take the mix off the heat and whisk in the red bean paste. Strain the entire mixture into a large bowl.
- Let it cool for about 2 minutes and then stir in the cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Process according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (7 ounce)packagewaffle cones, broken into pieces
- 6tablespoonsbutter, melted
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 2 (1 quart)containers premiumvanilla ice cream
- 1quartstrawberries
- 1/4cuppowdered sugar
- 1pintblueberries
- 2 ripebananas
- waffle cones, pieces if desired(to garnish)
- 1wholestrawberryor blueberries, if desired(to garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- Put first 3 ingredients in food processor and process until finely crushed.Press firmly onto the bottom of a lightly greased 10 inch springform pan.Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.Cool pan completely on wire rack.
- Take vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let stand for 20 minutes to soften.
- Put strawberries and 2 tbsps. powdered sugar in food processor and process until pureed, scraping down sides if needed.Remove mixture from food processor and set aside.
- Pur blueberries and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar in food processor and process until pureed, scraping down sides if needed.Remove mixture from processor and set aside.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.Add remaining powdered sugar and mix well.Set aside.
- Place 1 quart of the ice cream in a large bowl.Fold strawberry mixture into ice cream until blended.Place in freezer until slightly firm.
- Divide remaining quart of ice cream in half.Put halves in different bowls.Stir blueberry mixture in one half and banana mixture in the other half.Place bowls in the freezer.
- Spread half of the strawberry mixture evenly into prepared crust in pan.Place pan and remeining strawberry mixture in the freezer.Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread banana mixture evenly over strawberry mixture and return to freezer for 30 minutes.
- Repeat same procedure with blueberry mixture.
- Spread remaining strawberry mixture over blueberry mixture.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until all layers are firm.
- Take pie out of freezer and let stand for 15 minutes before cutting to serve.Garnish pie if desired.
