INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 count)cancrescent rolls
- 1 1/2cupscherry pie filling
- 1/2cupconfectioners’ sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Unroll crescent rolls.
- Place 2 Tbsp cherry pie filling in center of each roll; roll up dough.
- Bake according to directions on can.
- Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 2acorn squash(1 1/2 lb each)
- 1/2cupmaple syrup
- 4tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 1/4cup choppedpecans
- 1dashsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Cut each squash crosswise in half.
- Scoop out seeds and strings.
- Place squash halves (cavity side up) in large baking pan.
- Put 1/4 of remaining ingredients into each cavity.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 35-40 minutes till squash is tender.

INGREDIENTS
- 1smallacorn squash(1 lb)
- 2tart apples, chopped
- 1/4cuporange slices
- 1tablespoonorange juice
- 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
- 2tablespoonsbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Halve squash, remove seeds and strings.
- Place cut side down in shallow baking pan.
- Add boiling water to a depth of one half inch.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash cavities.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes more.

INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES
- 1tablespooninstant espresso powder
- 2teaspoonshot water
- 1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips(or 6 oz. good quality semisweet chocolate, chopped)
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cupsugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2eggs
- 1cupflour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt

FROSTING
- 1teaspooninstant espresso powder
- 2-3tablespoonsheavy creamor milk
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- 1/4cupbutter, softened

DRIZZLE
- 1/3cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2teaspoonshortening
DIRECTIONS
- BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Combine the espresso powder and hot water in a small bowl; stir to dissolve the granules.
- Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth; remove pan from heat.
- Stir in the espresso mixture, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the chocolate mixture just until combined.
- Spread batter evenly into a greased 8″ square baking pan.
- Bake for 33-38 minutes, or until the brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- DO NOT OVERBAKE!
- Cool completely.
- FROSTING: Combine the espresso powder and 2 Tbsp.
- heavy cream in a small bowl; stir to dissolve the granules.
- Add the powdered sugar and butter; beat with an electric mixer on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, and adding enough cream to reach desired spreading consistency.
- Frost cooled brownies.
- DRIZZLE: Melt the chocolate chips and shortening together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth; drizzle over frosting.
- If desired, swirl the chocolate with a knife for a marbelized pattern.
- Cut into bars.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (6 ounce)canstuna in water(drained)
- 3hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1cupmayonnaise(can use fat free or lite)
- 1teaspooncumin
- 1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 2tablespoons choppedred peppers
- 2tablespoons choopedgreen peppers
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve on your favorite bread or use as a dip.
