INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cuporange juice

- 1/2cupwhipped cream

DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Mix on high setting until ice is finely chopped.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)package cook-and-servevanilla pudding mix
- 1 3/4cupsorange juice
- 1 (8 ounce)cartonlow-fat vanilla yogurtor low-fat pineapple yogurt
- 3/4cup coarsely crushedgingersnaps or chocolate wafer cookies(about 10)
- orange rind, curls or orange wedges (optional)
- freshmint sprigs (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, except use the 1 3/4 cups orange juice instead of milk.
- Transfer pudding to a bowl.
- Cover surface with plastic wrap.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Before serving, fold yogurt into pudding.
- Divide one-third of the pudding mixture among 6 glasses.
- Sprinkle with half of the crushed cookies.
- Repeat pudding and cookie layers.
- Top with remaining pudding mixture.
- If desired, garnish with orange peel curls or wedges and mint.

- In a small bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together all ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Serve at room temperature; store covered in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupmacaroni, uncooked
- 1/4cupbutteror margarine
- 1/2cup finely choppedcelery
- 1/2cup finely choppedcarrots
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 1garlic clove, minced
- 4cupsmilk
- 1 (1 lb)boxVelveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2teaspoonwhite pepper, …black can be substituted
- 2tablespoonscornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 (10 ounce)boxfrozen corn kernels
- 1/2cupfrozen baby peas
DIRECTIONS
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
- Set aside.
- Melt butter or margarine in Dutch oven over medium heat; add celery, carrot, onion and garlic.
- Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are almost tender.
- Remove from heat; add milk, cheese and bouillon cubes.
- Return to medium heat; cook until cheese melts and bouillon cubes are dissolved, stirring often.
- Add pepper.
- Stir cornstarch mixture, add to milk mixture.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly and comes to a boil.
- Add corn and peas, bring back to boil, lower heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Add macaroni and cook over low heat until heated through.
- Adjust seasonings, if desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lbground beef
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1cancheddar cheese soup
- 2tablespoonsketchup
- 1/8teaspoonblack pepper
- 6hamburger buns, spilt and toasted
DIRECTIONS
- In a 10-inch skillet over medium to high heat, cook beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
- Stirring to separate meat.
- Spoon off fat.
- Stir in soup, ketchup and black pepper.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve on buns.
