INGREDIENTS
- 7 3/4ouncescanned salmon(drained, flaked)
- 1teaspoonparsley, dried
- 1/2teaspoondill weed
- cayenne pepper
- 1egg, beaten
- 1teaspooninstant minced onion
- 1cancrescent rolls
DIRECTIONS
- Mix salmon, egg, parsely, onion and dill weed and spread on rolls.
- Roll up from wide end after spreading.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with a cheese sauce topping.

- 2jalapeno peppers
- 2hot red chili peppers
- 2 big jimnew mexico peppers
- 2anaheim chilies
- 2serrano peppers
- 1largeonion
- 2-3tomatoes
- garlic
- salt
- 1/4cuplemon juice
- cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Finely chop all ingredients and combine in large bowl.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1tablespoonmilk
- 1/2teaspoonhorseradish
- salt
- 8ouncescrabmeat
- 2tablespoons choppedonions
- 2ouncesslivered almonds
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Blend together all ingredients except almonds and put in shallow baking dish (salt and pepper to taste).
- Sprinkle almonds over top and bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned on top.
- Serve hot on crackers.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1/4cup packeddark brown sugar
- 1 1/2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/8teaspoonsalt
- 1/3cupcreamy peanut butter, at room temperature
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
- 1largeegg, at room temperature
- 1/2cupmilk, at room temperature
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
- 24Hershey’s chocolate kisses, unwrapped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400*F.
- Butter 24 mini muffin cups, or line with mini cupcake paper liners; set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, stir together the peanut butter and oil; blend in the egg until smooth.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla until blended.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture; add the milk mixture and stir just to combine–do not overmix.
- Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tins; bake for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick tests out clean.
- Remove pan to a wire rack and cool for 1 minute before inverting.
- Place a Hershey’s Kiss in the center of each hot muffin; cool for 30 minutes.
- Lightly press the melted bottoms of the Kisses onto the muffins; refrigerate for 1 hour to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonbutter, melted
- 1/8cupflour(2 oz.)
- 1cupskim milk
- 1 1/2tablespoonsdried onion flakes
- salt and pepper
- 20ounces peeledraw potatoes, sliced thin(approximately 3 medium potatoes)
- paprika
- pambutter-flavored cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
- In a 2 cup measuring cup mix melted butter& flour.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add onion, Salt& Pepper.
- Microwave at medium High (70% power) until smooth and slightly thick (4- 6 min) stirring every 3 minutes or less.
- Spray a 2 qt. casserole with Pam Butter flavored spray and alternate layers of potatoes and sauce,spraying each layer with Pam Butter flavored spray.
- Cover and bake at Fast Bake (Micro-Convection) for 25 min at 350 degrees (Will register 325 deg.).
- Preheat before putting potatoes in oven.
- Cover to let stand while making rest of dinner.
- OR preheat thermal oven to 350 deg.
- and bake for about 45 minutes.
