INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1ounceunsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/2cupbutter, softened
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1pinchsalt
- 1cupmini marshmallows
- 3/4cup finely choppednuts(any kind–I used cashews)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium, heavy saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of the semisweet chocoalte chips with the unsweetened chocoalte; remove pan from heat.
- Add the butter, vanilla, and salt to the melted chocolate and stir until the butter melts and is incorporated into the chocolate.
- Let stand until the mixture is at room temperature.
- Using an electric mixer at high speed, whip the chocolate until it holds soft peaks.
- Fold in the remaining chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts.
- Frost as desired.

INGREDIENTS
- 8ouncesalmond paste
- 1 1/2cupsbutter
- 1cupwhite sugar
- 4eggs
- 1teaspoonalmond extract
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1 (12 ounce)jarseedless raspberry jam
- 12ouncessemisweet chocolate, melted
- 5dropsgreen food coloring
- 5dropsyellow food coloring
- 5dropsred food coloring
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl break up the almond paste.
- Add the softened butter, sugar, eggs and almond extract.
- Beat batter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the flour and the salt.
- Split the batter into thirds and add enough of the three different food colorings to each third to color the batter nicely.
- Spread the batters into three 9×13 and 1/4 inch deep aluminum baking pans.
- Be sure the batter is only about 1/8 inch thick or it will rise too high.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to minutes.
- Cool Remove baked and cooled cakes from pans and place on a cookie sheet or cutting board.
- Heat the jam and spread between the layers as you stack them.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the top layer and refrigerate.
- When stiff remove cookies from the refrigerator and let chocolate soften slightly before cutting into small rectangles.

- 3strawberries, chopped into little pieces
- 3ouncesvanilla yogurt
- 1 raisin ‘n oatgranola cereal, bar
- 3ounces mixedberry juice
- 4almonds
- 3blueberries
- crushed pineapple, with juice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Get 3 of each: Strawberries, Blueberries,and Pineapples (If Wanted, your choice.) Put fruits in the blender And press”liqiufy” (pulse) for 5 minutes.
- Before pouring, put yogurt in.
- Then Pour.
- Next put on Nuts.
- Put nuts on like this (these /, are nuts.////.) Now, Granola.
- Break it in half then pour it in.

- 2largeapples, cored,peel on,chopped(Granny Smith is good or other green apple)
- 1 1/2cupspickled beets, finely chopped
- 4cupsred cabbage, finely shredded
- 3tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
- 1/8teaspoonsugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Apples, Beets & Cabbage.
- Sprinkle with the Lemon Juice and sugar.
- Toss & serve well chilled.

INGREDIENTS
- 4bananas, sliced(in circles)
- 1/4cupflour
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 1cuprolled oatsor granola cereal
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1/8teaspoonsalt
- 4tablespoonsbutter, softened
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Evenly distribute bananas among 4 ramekins, lightly sprayed with Pam.
- Place all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, add the butter and work mixture with your hands till crumbly.
- Sprinkle over bananas, crumbling further with your fingers, enough to cover.
- Bake till crumble get firm and golden in color, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm.
