INGREDIENTS
- 1/2banana
- 2scoopslow-fat ice cream, freeze for 10 minutes(I’d prefer Breyers)
- 3mlHershey’s syrup(For Toppings)(optional)
- 7pinchescandy sprinkles (optional)
- cherries
DIRECTIONS
- Grab a bowl.
- Scoop the ice cream in the bowl.
- Put Syrup on the ice cream (optional), If Wanted Healthy, and throw Out Sprinkles Too.
- Put Cherry On top.

INGREDIENTS
- 1pie shell, baked
- 1 (3 ounce)packagesugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce)packagesugar-free vanilla pudding(cooked type)
- 2 1/2cupscold water
- 1quartstrawberries, washed and hulled
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, mix dry pudding and gelatin water.
- Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool until slightly thickened.
- Arrange strawberries in pie shell (whole or sliced).
- Pour cooled mixture over berries.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Serve with whipped topping if desired.
- Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 6tablespoonssalt
- 6tablespoonsflour
- white vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Start with a paste of equal parts salt and flour with a few tablespoons of white vinegar.
- Apply to your favorite brass candlesticks or copper bowl with a soft cloth and rub.
- Rinse with water and dry.

INGREDIENTS
- 2guinea fowl
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 4ouncesbrie cheese
- 1lemon, juice of
- 1teaspoon finely choppedfresh marjoram or1/4 teaspoondried marjoram
- 1/2cupport wine
- 3tablespoonscream
- salt
DIRECTIONS
- Season fowl inside and out with pepper.
- Pre-heat the oven to hot.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan until sizzling, and lightly brown the birds on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Mash the Brie with a fork, and mix with the lemon juice and marjoram.
- Halve the mix and place each half in the cavity of a bird.
- Tuck the wings under the birds, but don’t close the cavity.
- Put the birds in a roasting dish, pour the pan juices over and cover loosely with foil.
- Roast in the center of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and halve the birds, discarding the spinal bones.
- Keep the birds warm.
- Stir the port into the pan juices, on the top of the stove and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add the cream and stirring constantly, reheat without boiling until the sauce is smoothe and well blended.
- Taste and add the salt if necessary.
- Spoon the sauce over the birds and serve at once.

- 6tablespoonswater
DIRECTIONS
- Make a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.
- Dab it onto a cotton rag (or a nylon-bristle brush if you’re cleaning suede), rub gently over the entire shoe, then let dry.
