INGREDIENTS
- 1packagebutterscotch chips
- 1/2cupbutteror margarine
- 1egg
- 1cupicing sugar
- 3cupscolored miniature marshmallows
- 12graham crackers
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the chips and the butter.
- Remove from heat and add egg, sugar and marshmallows.
- Line 8″ pan with graham crackers.
- Pour mixture over and spread evenly.
- Chill well.

INGREDIENTS
- 1lblean ground beef
- 1mediumonion
- 1 (4 ounce)cansliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
- 1cupsour cream
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Brown and drain beef, onions and mushrooms in skillet.
- Add soup and simmer 15 minutes.
- Season as desired.
- Pour in sour cream.
- Reheat before serving over egg noodles.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonscornstarch
- 2tablespoonswater
- 1lbground beef
- 1tablespoonchili powder
- 3/4cupsalsa
- 16ouncesblack beans, drained
- 15ouncespinto beans, undrained
- 14 1/2ouncesstewed tomatoes
- 2cupscooked rice
- seasoning salt
- Tabasco sauce
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix cornstarch and water.
- Set aside.
- In a skillet brown the beef with the chili powder.
- Cook until beef is done.
- Add salsa, beans and tomatoes.
- Stir and then add cornstarch mixture.
- Cook until mixture thickens.
- Add rice and season with seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsdried apples
- 3lbssmoked ham, butt
- 4cupschicken broth
- 2cupswater
- 2tablespoonsdark brown sugar
- 1 1/2cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 1cupmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Cover apples with boiling water and let stand until cool.
- Drain.
- Trim excess fat from ham.
- Place in Dutch oven and add chicken broth and water.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 90 minutes or until tender.
- Remove ham and skim fat from broth.
- Slice and cube ham and return it to the Dutch oven.
- Add apples and brown sugar.
- Bring to boil, stirring to disolve sugar.
- Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Make dumplings by combining flour with baking powder and salt.
- Cut into butter to resemble coarse corn meal.
- Add milk and beat vigorously until smooth.
- Drop 6 or 8 spoonfuls into simmering broth.
- Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes.
- To serve, remove dumplings with slotted spoon.
- Pour ham and apple mixture around dumplings.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 ounce)can condensedbroccoli cheese soup
- 1cupmilk
- 1tablespoonspicy brown mustard
- 2cupsbroccoli
- 1 1/2-2cupsham, cubes
- 3cupscooked pasta(about 2 cups uncooked)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium skillet mix soup, milk, mustard and broccoli.
- Over medium heat, heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
- Add ham and pasta and heat through.
