INGREDIENTS
- 2teaspoons gratedbeeswax
- 1teaspooncastor oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix both together in a heat-resistant container.
- Heat the mixture gently in the microwave on HIGH, or on the stove top in a water bath, until the beeswax is melted, stirring continuously.
- Pour into a clean container.
- Allow to cool until solid.
- To use: Rub your finger over the cool wax and apply sparingly to your moustache or eyebrows.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsmargarine
- 1/2cup choppedonions
- 10 3/4ouncescream of mushroom soup
- 10 3/4ouncescream of celery soup
- 1 3/4cupsskim milk
- 1cuplow-fat cheddar cheese
- 20ouncesfrozen broccoli, cooked
- 2cupsinstant rice
- 3cupscooked ham, cubed
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small skillet melt the margarine and saute the onion until tender.
- Combine the soups, milk and cheese.
- Add the broccoli, rice, ham and onion.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch covered casserole dish for 45 to 50 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupfat-free ricotta cheese
- 2/3cup gratedparmesan cheese
- 1/2cupfat-free mayonnaise
- 1wholeegg, plus
- 1egg white
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/8teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
- 3cups cookedlong-grain white rice
- 3cups shreddedzucchini or2 mediumsquash
- 1/2cup choppedscallions, about 4,green and white parts
- 2tablespoonsdry breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, one-half cup of the parmesan cheese, the mayonnaise, whole egg and egg white, salt and pepper.
- Add the rice, zucchini, and scallions and stir into the cheese until evenly blended.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the rice mixture, followed by the remaining parmesan.
- Bake the casserole, uncovered, 30 minutes, until it is hot and lightly browned on top.

INGREDIENTS

COOKIIE INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cups firmly packedbrown sugar
- 3/4cupbutter
- 2tablespoonswater
- 2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2eggs
- 3cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 1/4teaspoonsbaking soda
- 1teaspoonsalt

FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 3cupspowdered sugar
- 1/3cupbutter(Land O’Lakes recommended)
- 1teaspoonvanilla extractor mint extractor peppermint extract
- 2-4tablespoonsmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and water in a heavy 3-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted (3 to 4 minutes).
- Add chocolate chips; cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and smooth (1-2 minutes).
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth.
- Stir in all remaining cookie ingredients.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until set.
- Let stand 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets, and cool completely.
- Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often.
- Gradually add enough milk to reach desired spreading consistency.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of frosting onto flat side of one cookie; top with second cookie, flat side down.
- Gently squeeze together.
- Repeat with remaining cookies.
- Store well-wrapped, or in an airtight container.

- 1glassfresh orange juice
- 1tablespoonsugar
- 1pinchsalt
- 1cherry, to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Blend everything together (except the cherry) and pour into a glass.
- Add a layer of crushed ice cubes.
- Top it with a cherry.
- Hmm, sip away, with a big smile!
