INGREDIENTS

Crust
- 1 (4 ounce)packageRitz crackersor townhousecrackers(crushed)
- 1/4cupbutter(melted)
-
Filling
- 3cups of thinly slicedsweet onions(I use Vidalia)
- 2eggs(slightly beaten)
- 1/2cup2% low-fat milk
- 1/2cup of shreddedmild cheddar cheese
- 1teaspoonparsley flakes
- 1teaspoon of choppedchives
- paprika, sprinkled on top for the topping
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together cracker crumbs and butter and press into a 9″ pie pan.
- Place sliced onions into the microwave for 1 or 2 minute.
- Cook onions until clear or translucent and add all theother ingredients.
- Pour filling into the pie crust, & sprinkle the top with paprika and Chives, then bake in a 350° preheated oven for 30 minutes or until set, (slice able).
- This can be served for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!
- We like it anytime!

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 5 1/2tablespoons coldunsalted butter, cut into small bits
- 3tablespoonssmooth peanut butter(or chunky)
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla
- 11ouncespeanut butter cups, cut into small bits(or 14)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F, and position an oven rack in the middle of the oven.
- Mix flour and salt well.
- Add butter, peanut butter, and vanilla, and beat until the mixture just starts to stick together (if butter bits are too big, use a pastry blender to make them smaller).
- Add peanut butter cups and mix until well blended (you can also use the pastry blender in this step, if needed).
- Shape dough into 1″ balls and place on a large, well greased cookie sheet, about an inch or so apart.
- Bake 7-8 minutes, then turn tray around and bake another 8 minutes, until just slightly browned.
- Place baking sheet on a cooling rack for 30-40 minutes, until completely cooled (they are very crumbly until cooled).

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupschow mein noodles
- 1/2cuppecans
- 2tablespoonssesame seeds
- 1/2teaspoonchili powder
- 1/2teaspoongarlic salt
- 1/2teaspoondry mustard
- 2tablespoonsbutter, melted
- 1tablespoonsoy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Toss first 3 ingredients together in a shallow pan.
- Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle over top and toss to coat well.
- Heat at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Cool on paper towels.
- Recipe can be doubled or tripled.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupsour cream or drainednonfat plain yogurt(I use my Yogurt Cheese, Yogurt Cheese - ‘Labanee’, in Arabic for a thicker consistency)
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 4tablespoons driedinstant onion(preferably the toasted ones, if you can find them)
- 1 1/2tablespoonsdried parsley flakes
- 3/4teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover, and refrigerate overnight, stirring twice.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with chips, crackers, and/or veggies.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 3/4cup uncookedquick-cooking oats
- 1/2cup packedbrown sugar
- 1teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 1egg
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1 ripepear, peeled,cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4cup choppedpecans
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir well.
- Stir in butter with a fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pie pan and bake for 15 minutes Remove from oven.
- Beat the cream cheese with the granulated sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended Spread over the baked crust.
- Top with pear slices arranged in a decorative circular pattern and sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake an additional 30 minutes Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
