INGREDIENTS
- 2largeeggs
- 1/2cupsour cream
- 1/2cupmilk
- 2tablespoonsbutter, melted
- 2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonfresh ground pepper
- 1cupcrabmeat
- 1cup shreddedswiss cheese
- 1/2 choppedgreen onion
- 19 inch pie shell, unbaked
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper until thoroughly blended.
- Fold in crab, cheese and onions, blending well, spread into prepared pie shell.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- 1 (6 ounce)box jelloinstant chocolate pudding mix
- 1cup2% low-fat milk
- 1 (12 ounce)containerCool Whip

Topping
- 1 (12 ounce)containerCool Whip
- 1 (6 ounce)bagminiature chocolate chips
- 1/2cup crushedpecans
DIRECTIONS
- Using a mixer, combine the pudding, milk, and Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spoon into 4 medium glasses.
- Top with Cool Whip, mini chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- For a special occasion or romantic dinner, use wine glasses and top with strawberries.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupswater
- 2cups cubed peeledpotatoes
- 2smallcarrots, grated
- 1smallonion, chopped
- 1/4cup choppedgreen peppers
- 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped,more or less,depending on how spicy you like it
- 1-2clovegarlic, minced
- 1tablespoonbeef bouillon granules
- salt
- 1 1/2lbsground beef, cooked
- 2 1/2cupsmilk, divided
- 3tablespoonsflour
- 8ouncesAmerican cheese, cubed(Velveeta)
- 1/2lb slicedbacon, cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot, combine first nine ingredients; bring to a boil.
- reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender stir in beef and 2 cups milk; heat through.
- combine flour and remaining milk until smooth; gradually stir into soup.
- bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
- reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted.
- top with bacon just before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1bunchseedless grapes(red or green)
- 1cupsour cream
- 2tablespoonslight brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Wash grapes and remove from stems.
- Chill.
- Whisk sour cream in a small bowl.
- Place grapes in serving dishes.
- Spoon sour cream over grapes and sprinkle with brown sugar.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupssemolinaor bread flouror unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3eggs
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1tablespoonolive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until dough pulls away from sides of container and forms ball.
- Knead 5-10 times on surface lightly coated with flour used in dough.
- Cover with damp towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
