INGREDIENTS
- 5cups sliced paredapples
- 1tablespoonwater
- 2teaspoonscinnamon
- 1/2teaspoonnutmeg
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4cupflour
- 1/3cup softbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Spread apples evenly into an 8×8x2 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with water, cinnamon and nutmeg (spices are to taste).
- Mix sugar, flour and butter together.
- With pastry blender, two forks or your fingers, mix until crumbly.
- Spread crumb mixture over apples Bake, uncovered about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupbiscuit mix
- 1/2cupparmesan cheese
- 1tablespoondill weed
- salt and pepper
- 4eggs, beaten
- 1/2cupoil
- 3cups choppedzucchini
- 1largeonion, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- set oven to 375 degrees.
- butter a 1-1/2qt.
- casserole dish.
- in a bowl, combine biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt and pepper.
- add eggs and oil; mix well.
- stir in zucchini and onion until blended.
- pour into greased baking dish.
- bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4-1cupbrown sugar
- 1/2cuppaprika
- 1tablespoononion powder
- 2tablespoonsgarlic powder
- 1tablespoonsalt
- 1-2tablespoonblack pepper
- 1tablespoonoregano
- 1teaspoondry mustard
- 1-2teaspooncumin
- 1/4cayenne(or more to taste)
- 1/4teaspoonground dried arbol chile peppers
- ribs, of your liking
DIRECTIONS
- mix all ingredients into a ziplock bag rub generously to pork ribs (you may want to use gloves as paprika will stain your hands for the rest of the day!)
- to bake in oven put on broiler pan, meat side down at 250 degrees for 2 hours, then put in foil with apple and grape juice for another 2 hours. We Traeger smoker our pork spareribs for 2 hours meat side up, then put into heavy duty foil packs with 1/2 cup each of apple juice and grape juice meat side down for 2-3 hours (until cooming off the bone).
- Take back out and sauce’em if you like!

INGREDIENTS

BBQ SYRUP
- 1/2cupbeer
- 1/2cup gourmetbarbecue sauce
- 1/2cupmaple syrup

VEGGIES
- 5cupswater
- 1smallbutternut squash
- 1largecarrot
- 1largeparsnip
- 8 minipotatoes
- 1largered onion
- 1mediumzucchini
- 4largemushrooms
- 12clovesgarlic
- 2tablespoons your favouritebarbecue seasoning
- 3tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 1/2cupbeer
DIRECTIONS
- BBQ SYRUP: Whisk the ingredients in a small bowl& set aside.
- VEGGIES: Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Meanwhile, peel& deseed squash and cut into 2 inch chunks; peel carrot& parsnip and cut into 2 inch chunks; cut mini potatoes in half.
- Add these vegetables to the pot, return to the boil& cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Peel onion& cut into 12 wedges; cut zucchini into 2 inch chunks; cut mushrooms in half.
- Combine all veggies in a large bowl with garlic, BBQ seasoning, oil& beer and toss well; transfer to a BBQ grill basket.
- Preheat grill to medium high; grill veggies for 8- 12 minutes per side until they are lightly charred& tender.
- Carefully remove from basket& transfer to a large bowl.
- Drizzle with BBQ syrup, season to taste with salt& pepper, toss& serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/8teaspoonsalt
- 1 1/2cupssugar
- 1cupbutter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2teaspoonslime zest
- 1/2teaspoonground nutmeg(or 1 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg)
- 1/2teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4teaspoonground allspice
- 3eggs
- 1/2cupmilk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
- Grease and flour 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Sift flour.
- Resift flour (flour is sifted twice) with baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- Combine next six ingredients (sugar- allspice) in large bowl.
- Beat on high speed for 5 minutes or until light.
- Reduce mixer speed to medium and add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, beginning and ending with milk.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick test comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto cooling rack.
