INGREDIENTS
- 500g mincedchicken breasts
- 2tablespoonssweet chili sauce
- 2tablespoonsfresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1clovegarlic, crushed
- 1tablespoon finely gratedfresh lemon rind

SAUCE
- 1/3cupsour cream
- 1tablespoonsweet chili sauce
- 2teaspoonsfresh cilantro, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the mince, sauce, cilantro, garlic and rind in a small bowl and mix well.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into 24 patties.
- Place onto a tray and refridgerate patties for 30 minutes, or longer.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan and cook the patties in batches, until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- To make the sauce, combine sour cream, chilli sauce and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Serve the patties alongside the sauce.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cups new mexicored chili sauce
- 1lbpork or beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 1/2cupsbeef stockor water
DIRECTIONS
- Place the ingredients in a heavy saucepot, or crockpot.
- Add the beef stock or water, mixing well.
- Simmer for 2-4 hours, or 8-10 hours in a crockpot.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cup rawsunflower seeds, shelled
- distilled water, as required,for mixing
DIRECTIONS
- Process the raw seeds in a grinder until you have a fine powder that resembles coarse sugar.
- Store this powder in a clean airtight container.
- To use: Mix 1 tbsp.
- of this powder with a few tsps.
- of water to create a smooth paste.
- Massage this onto your face and neck.
- Rinse well with warm water followed by cold water.
- Pat dry with a soft towel.

- 1 1/2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
- 1/4cupbutter, melted
- 1/4cupsugar

- 2 (10 ounce)packagescream cheese, softened
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1 1/2tablespoonsflour
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla
- 1/4teaspoonpeach flavoring (optional)
- 3eggs
- 1/4cupheavy cream
- 1cup peeled choppedfresh peaches
DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT OVEN 325 degrees F.
- SPRAY BOTTOM 9 IN.
- SPRINGFORM PAN LIGHTLY WITH OIL.
- FOR CRUST: STIR TOGETHER GRAHAM CRACKER CUMBS,BUTTER AND SUGAR IN MED.
- BOWL,MIX WELL.
- PRESS MIXTURE INTO BOTTOM OF PREPARED PAN.
- BAKE 8-10 MINS.
- ,REMOVEAND COOL.
- REDUCE HEAT TO 250 degrees F.
- FOR FILLING: BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY IN LARGE BOWL.
- GRADUALLY BEAT IN SUGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
- ADD FLOUR, VANILLA, PEACH FLAVOR,EGGS, AND HEAVY CREAM:BEAT WELL.
- GENTLY STIR IN PEACHES.
- POUR INTO BAKED CRUST.
- PLACE SHALLOW PAN OF WATER ON BOTTOM RACK OF OVEN.
- PLACE SPRINGFORM PAN ON COOKIE SHEET IN TOP HALF OF OVEN.
- BAKE 1 Hour 15 MINutes, UNTIL SET BUT STILL JIGGLY IN THE CENTER.
- TURN OFF OVEN AND LEAVE CHEESECAKE IN OVEN WITH DOOR AJAR FOR 1 HouR.
- COOL COMPLETELY ON WIRE RACK, THEN REFRIGERATATE AT LEAST 4 HouRS.
- IF DESIRED GARNISH WITH FRESH PEACHES.

INGREDIENTS
- 1teaspoonsugar
- water, as required
- 1/2lemon, juice of
DIRECTIONS
- Wash your face with soap.
- While doing so, add sugar to the lather and massage gently into your skin.
- Rinse your skin with a mixture of equal parts of lemon juice and water.
- Rinse with cool water.
- Pat dry.
