Raspberry Gelatin Ring Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (6 ounce)packageraspberry gelatin powder
  2. 1 1/2cupsboiling water
  3. 2 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
  4. 2 (8 ounce)canscrushed pineapple, undrained
  5. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  7. 1/2cupsour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the raspberries, pineapple and salt.
  3. Pour half into an 8-cup ring mold coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm.
  5. Let remaining gelatin mixture stand at room temperature.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  7. Carefully spread over gelatin in mold; top with remaining gelatin mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours before using.
  9. Store in fridge.

Soft Molasses Spice Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 5 1/2cupsflour
  2. 2teaspoonsbaking soda
  3. 2teaspoonssalt
  4. 1teaspoonginger
  5. 1teaspooncinnamon
  6. 1teaspooncloves
  7. 1teaspoonnutmeg
  8. 1cupbrown sugar, packed
  9. 3/4cupvegetable oil
  10. 1 1/2cupsmolasses
  11. 3/4cupmilk
  12. 1teaspoonvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices in a bowl and mix well to blend.
  2. Combine sugar, oil, molasses, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Add flour mixture gradually.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Chill 1 hour or until firm.
  7. Roll out portions of dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
  8. Cut with a floured 2 1/2″ cookie cutter or your favourite shaped cookie cutters.
  9. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
  11. When cool store in tightly covered metal container.
  12. Prep time includes chilling time.

Curry Crab Salad Recipe

  3. 1/4cup finely choppedcelery
  4. 1smallonion, finely chopped
  5. 1tablespoonprepared mustard
  6. 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
  7. 1/4teaspooncurry powder
  8. black pepper(to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
  2. Let sit in fridge for 1 or more hours before using, to blend flavors.

Easy Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3lbschicken piecesor chicken breasts
  2. 1 (10 ounce)cancondensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  3. 1 (10 ounce)cancondensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  4. 1cupsour cream
  5. 1/4cuphalf-and-half
  6. 1/4cupparmesan cheese (optional)
  7. 1teaspoon snippedchives
  8. seasoning saltor whitesalt
  9. pepper
  10. 1/2teaspoonpaprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13×9 baking pan.
  3. Place chicken in greased baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine the soups, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper; spoon over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake, uncovered for 50 mins-1 hour, or until chicken is done.

Taco Seasoning Mix Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2tablespoonsflour
  2. 2teaspoonsinstant minced onion
  3. 1teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 3/4teaspoonschili powder
  5. 3/4teaspooncumin
  6. 1/2teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
  8. 1/4teaspoonbeef bouillon
  9. 1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
  10. 1/4teaspoonoregano

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown and drain 1 lb.
  2. ground beef.
  3. Add taco seasoning ingredients, ¾ cup warm water and stir.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer to desired consistency.
