INGREDIENTS
- 1 (6 ounce)packageraspberry gelatin powder
- 1 1/2cupsboiling water
- 2 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
- 2 (8 ounce)canscrushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 1/2cupsour cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in the raspberries, pineapple and salt.
- Pour half into an 8-cup ring mold coated with nonstick spray.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm.
- Let remaining gelatin mixture stand at room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Carefully spread over gelatin in mold; top with remaining gelatin mixture.
- Refrigerate for 6 or more hours before using.
- Store in fridge.

INGREDIENTS
- 5 1/2cupsflour
- 2teaspoonsbaking soda
- 2teaspoonssalt
- 1teaspoonginger
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1teaspooncloves
- 1teaspoonnutmeg
- 1cupbrown sugar, packed
- 3/4cupvegetable oil
- 1 1/2cupsmolasses
- 3/4cupmilk
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, soda, salt and spices in a bowl and mix well to blend.
- Combine sugar, oil, molasses, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add flour mixture gradually.
- Mix well.
- Chill 1 hour or until firm.
- Roll out portions of dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut with a floured 2 1/2″ cookie cutter or your favourite shaped cookie cutters.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
- When cool store in tightly covered metal container.
- Prep time includes chilling time.

- 1/3cupmayonnaise
- 1/4cup finely choppedcelery
- 1smallonion, finely chopped
- 1tablespoonprepared mustard
- 1/4teaspoonseasoning salt
- 1/4teaspooncurry powder
- black pepper(to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix all ingredients.
- Let sit in fridge for 1 or more hours before using, to blend flavors.

INGREDIENTS
- 3lbschicken piecesor chicken breasts
- 1 (10 ounce)cancondensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 ounce)cancondensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1cupsour cream
- 1/4cuphalf-and-half
- 1/4cupparmesan cheese (optional)
- 1teaspoon snippedchives
- seasoning saltor whitesalt
- pepper
- 1/2teaspoonpaprika
DIRECTIONS
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 13×9 baking pan.
- Place chicken in greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the soups, sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper; spoon over chicken.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered for 50 mins-1 hour, or until chicken is done.

INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 2teaspoonsinstant minced onion
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1 3/4teaspoonschili powder
- 3/4teaspooncumin
- 1/2teaspoonpaprika
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/4teaspoonbeef bouillon
- 1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4teaspoonoregano
DIRECTIONS
- Brown and drain 1 lb.
- ground beef.
- Add taco seasoning ingredients, ¾ cup warm water and stir.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer to desired consistency.
