INGREDIENTS
- 2tablespoonsolive oil
- 2clovesgarlic, diced
- 1onion, chopped
- 1/4teaspoonlight brown sugar
- 1pinchsalt and pepper
- 7cupscauliflower, chopped
- 3cupschicken stockor vegetable stock
- 1/3cupheavy cream
- 2/3cupmilk
- 1tablespoonturmeric
- 1teaspooncurry powder
- 1/3 freshground nutmeg
- hot pepper sauce
- salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large pot.
- Saute onions, garlic, brown sugar, salt and pepper till translucent.
- Add cauliflower and stock cook till fork tender.
- Puree in vita mix or blender Return to pot with rest of ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper if needed.

INGREDIENTS
- 1loafItalian bread, cut into 1 inch slices toasted(about 12 slices)
- 3tablespoonsolive oil
- 3tablespoonsbutter
- 3clovesgarlic, diced finely
- 1shallot, diced finely
- 4sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, diced finely
- 1teaspoonitalian seasoning
- 1-2tablespoon gratedparmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- On a cookie sheet lay bread out in one layer.
- Melt butter with olive oil in microwave oven or stove top.
- Add rest of ingredients except for cheese.
- Spread evenly on bread slices and top with a srinkle of cheese.
- Broil till bubbly and cheese is slightly browned.

INGREDIENTS
- 1onion, chopped
- 1clovegarlic, crushed
- 1mediumpotato, chopped
- 2stalkscelery, sliced
- 1smallgreen bell pepper, seeded,halved & sliced
- 2tablespoonssunflower oil
- 2tablespoonsbutter
- 2 1/2cupsstockor water
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4cupsmilk
- 1 (7 ounce)canlima beans
- 1 (11 ounce)cancorn kernels
- 1pinchdried sage
DIRECTIONS
- Put the onion, garlic, potato, celery and green pepper into a large saucepan with the oil and butter.
- Heat the ingredients untill sizzling, then turn the heat down to low.
- Cover and sweat the vegetables gently for 10 minutes, shaking the pan occaionally.
- Pour in the stock or water, season to taste and bring to the boil.
- Turn down the heat, cover and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Add the milk, beans and corn-including their liquors- and the sage.
- Simmer again for 5 minutes.
- check the seasoning and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS
- 1loafFrench bread
- 1lbground beef
- 1mediumonion, chopped
- 1cantomato soup
- 1cancheddar cheese soup
DIRECTIONS
- Cut bread in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out inside and break into bite size pieces.
- Combine ground beef& onion in a large skillet.
- Cook until browned, drain off grease.
- Stir in soup& bread pieces.
- Spoon meat mixture into bottom half of bread shell.
- Cover with top half of bread shell.
- Wrap loaf in foil.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Cut into slices& serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 3egg whites
- 1/8teaspooncream of tartar
- 3/4cupwhite sugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2tablespoonscocoa powder
- 2cupschocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 300 F.
- Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl at high speed, til stiff, sugar is dissolved and mix.
- is glosssy.
- Sift cocoa into egg mix.
- gently fold.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop mix.
- by heaping T.
- onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 35- 45 min.
- Cool slightly, peel paper from cookies.
- Cool completely.
